[Conventional technology and its problems] The conventional installation pipe connection method for small diameter pipes is as shown in Figure 4.
In order to connect the attachment pipe 3 (branch pipe) connected to the sewage tank 2, first excavate the ground surface to the extent that a worker can enter it in a position where it will not interfere with other buried objects, and remove the small diameter pipe 1. A hole was drilled from the side, and the mounting pipe 3 was connected to this hole 4 from the outside.

The above-mentioned prior art requires relatively large-scale excavation work that requires workers to enter the ground surface, which is inconvenient for construction in urban areas. In addition, when connecting a mounting pipe to a small-diameter pipe buried in a water reservoir, it is particularly difficult to prevent water leakage.

[Summary of the invention] The installation pipe connection method for small-diameter pipes of the present invention includes:
After excavating and providing a case pipe toward a small-diameter pipe buried in the aqueous layer, filling the case pipe with liquid, providing an attachment pipe in the liquid, and drilling a hole inside the small-diameter pipe. After moving the main body equipped with the device and the pipe connection device, sealing both sides of the main body and installing the main body in a closed space filled with liquid,
After drilling the small-diameter pipe from the inside with the drilling device, the pipe connecting device connects the perforation part and the attachment pipe from the inside, and the worker performs drilling and pipe connection from the inside of the small-diameter pipe. There is no need for relatively large-scale excavation work to enter the system, and the balance with the pressure on the stratum side is maintained, allowing work to be carried out safely and reliably even in aqueous strata that are prone to collapse.

As shown in FIG. 1, a main body 17 in which a perforating device 15 and a pipe connecting device 16 are arranged side by side is moved inside a small diameter pipe 11 which is a hume pipe buried in a water retaining layer. At this time, the drilling device 15 moves to a position facing the sewage tank 18 provided on the ground surface. The means for moving the main body 17 may be self-propelled movement using a telescoping device equipped with a hydraulic cylinder, self-propelled sliding using drive wheels, or the like. Further, the remote control may be performed by known means such as a transmitter or microwave from a control center, or the mounting position inside the pipe may be captured by transmitting ultrasonic waves or the like from within the pipe.
Then, both sides of the main body 17 are expanded by hydraulic pressure or the like to form a pair of left and right blocking portions 12A. As a result, the liquid 13 such as sewage that had previously filled the small diameter pipe 11 is sealed, and a sealed space 14 is formed.
The drilling device 15 is provided so that a drill cutter 15A can be moved up and down while rotating, and the pipe connection device 16 is provided so that a receiver 16B having a pipe connection socket 16A can be moved up and down. Then, the small diameter pipe 11 is drilled by raising and lowering the drill cutter 15A while rotating.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, a case pipe 19 is installed by excavating the ground surface between the sewage tank 18 and the perforation, and the tip of the case pipe 19 comes into contact with the small diameter pipe 11. Then, the case tube 19 is filled with the liquid 13, and the attachment tube 20, which is a hume tube, is installed inside the case tube 19. At this time, since the sealed space 14 and the case pipe 19 are filled with the liquid 13, the balance with the water pressure on the strata side is maintained and collapse can be prevented.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, after moving the main body 17 to make the pipe connection device 16 face the perforation, the receiver 16B is raised and the pipe connection socket 16A is passed through the perforation. Insert and connect the pipe from inside the small diameter pipe 11. Further, the case pipe 19 is removed and the attachment pipe 20 is buried.
After this, the blocking portion 12A is removed and the pipe connecting device 16 is moved and removed.

As described above, in the embodiment, the main body 17
Since the drilling device 15 can drill holes from the inside of the small diameter pipe 11, and the pipe connecting device 16 can attach the pipe connection socket 16A from the inside of the small diameter pipe 11, manual work associated with pipe connection can be eliminated. As a result, excavation work can be done on a scale much smaller than that of a human. Furthermore, since the sealed space 14 and the case pipe 19 are filled with the liquid 13 during the work, a balance with the pressure on the strata side is maintained, and therefore it is safe even in water-logged soil layers that are prone to collapse. Installation pipes can be installed reliably.

It should be noted that the invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and for example, the small diameter pipe and the attached pipe may be steel pipes, vinyl chloride pipes, etc., and the main body may be rotated in the circumferential direction,
Various modifications are possible, such as making it possible to adjust the orientation of the punching device and the pipe connecting device.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention provides a method for providing a case pipe by excavating toward a small-diameter pipe buried in an aqueous layer, filling the case pipe with liquid, and providing an attachment pipe in the liquid. , after moving the main body equipped with a perforating device and a pipe connecting device inside the small diameter pipe, sealing both sides of the main body and installing the main body in a closed space filled with liquid, and using the perforating device. After drilling the small-diameter pipe from the inside, the pipe connecting device connects the perforated part and the mounting pipe from the inside, so that only a small excavation work is required when installing the case pipe, and furthermore, the sealed space and the mounting pipe are connected from the inside by the pipe connecting device. Since work is carried out with the case pipe filled with liquid, work can be carried out safely and reliably even in water-logged soil layers that are prone to collapse.
