器具の異常加熱(オーバーヒート)などの諸条件
に対して種々の強度的不安があつた。

面に仕上げられていないと接着剤に厚味むらがで
き、縁枠体を精度良くきれいに接着することがで
きないばかりか、その接着工程において縁枠体に
木口面側に向け圧力を掛ける必要があり、この圧
力掛け作業は、圧力を掛ける部分が木口面という
場所であるだけに実際の作業としては非常に難か
しいため、接着不良を生じ易く、実用には適さな
いのが現状である。

の加熱器具あるいは水槽などの器具が嵌め込まれ
る抜き穴部を有する充填材入り樹脂製トツププレ
ートを製造するにあたり、該成形型内に未硬化ま
たは半硬化のトツププレート成形用充填入り樹脂
を注入充填する際、予め成形型内の所定に配置さ
れる抜き穴部成形用ダミーの周囲に木口面を構成
する硬化済のFRPからなる縁枠体を嵌め込んで
常法により一体成形することにより、トツププレ
ートの抜き穴部の木口面の補強をFRPで行ない
得るようにしてなることを特徴とするものであ
る。
