が回転して凝縮器6の放熱作用を促進するが、ド
レン皿3にためられたドレン水が、室外フアン4
と一緒に回転する散水円盤5上に落とされること
により細かな水粒となつて周囲へ飛散する。この
とき飛散したドレン水の一部は凝縮器6にかかる
ため放熱作用を促進させる。しかしながら、ドレ
ン水が散水円盤5上に落とされるとき、室外フア
ン4の多数の羽根にもあたるため大きな音を発生
する。また散水円盤5によつて飛散するドレン水
の一部は凝縮器6にかかり蒸発するが、他は壁面
等にあたり基板7へたまる。基板7へたまつたド
レン水が基板7からこぼれ落ちないようにドレン

発明の目的

らないドレン水処理装置を備えた一体型空気調和

発明の構成

形状17の頂点側17aを下に基板13からある
間隔をあけて、凝縮器14と室外フアン15によ
り形成される通風回路内に設置されている。前記
円錐形状17は、上端面18に取り付けられた回
転軸19によりモータ20と接続されている。ケ
ーシング21は前記円錐形状17の周囲をある距
離をあけ上広がりに囲つたものであり室内外仕切
板12に固定されている。前記ケーシング21の
上端面22は、前記円錐形状17の上端面18よ
りも高くなるように設置されているこのとき前記
ケーシング21は円錐体と一体に回転してもよ
く、またここでは円錐体の回転にはモータ20を

処理装置を凝縮器とフアンとの間に設ける構成で
あり、円錐形状というきわめて簡単な形状の外表
面を利用して遠心力と重力の作用によりドレン水
を上昇させ飛散させ、ケーシングに衝突させるこ
とにより、水粒をより微細化するとともに上向き
方向に飛散させるため、塵埃が混然一体となつた
ドレン水においても、飛散高さ、飛散量を回転数
および円錐形状の外斜面角度、ケーシングの角度
および高さを選択することにより自由に制御で
き、凝縮器の放熱作用を促進するとともに、微細
な水粒として吐出気流にのせて外部へ排出するた
め、ドレン口を設けることなくドレン水を完全に
空中排出処理できるなど種々の効果を有するもの
