The chuck is connected via at least two rotatable connecting portions, and the distance between the chuck and the upper inner wall of the cylinder storage box when the chuck is freely hanging is the distance between the upper inner wall of the cylinder storage box and the main valve. A cylinder main valve opening/closing device characterized in that the gap is larger than the distance between the cylinder main valve and the cylinder main valve.
