クが消えるおそれが全くない寿命の長い接点ゴム

を内側にしてフイルム1を挿入する。その上にシ
リコーン系エラストマー4を置いて金型を閉じ
(第3図)加硫プレスで加圧加熱し、フイルムマ
ークと接点ゴムのエラストマーのキートツプ4は
