金具7と固定金具8に上下回動自在に枢着してあ
る。ここで、支持金具7と圧縮スプリング9の枢
着位置は、蓋板4を閉めた状態で固定金具8と圧
縮スプリング9との枢着位置と、蓋板4の枢着部
6とを結ぶ線lよりも上方に位置してあつて、第
3図aに示すように蓋板4を閉めた状態では圧縮
スプリング9が支持金具7の上部を押圧するため
に蓋板4を上方へ回動付勢することができるもの
であり、また第3図bからCへ蓋板4を開いた場
合には圧縮スプリング9による支持金具7への押
圧力が線lよりも下方に位置するために蓋板4を
下方へ回動付勢するものである。また、第4図乃
至第6図に示すように圧縮スプリング9の一方の
ロツド19に取付けた回転軸20は固定金具8の
凹溝18内に上下スライド自在に挿入してあつ
て、適宜上下位置を調整した後固定ボルト21を
締めることによりロツド19の上下位置を調整す
ることができるものである。
