(Means for Solving the Problems) In the wall panel installation method of the present invention, a plurality of fixed frameworks that also serve as wall panel guide rails are installed vertically on the outer peripheral surface of a building frame. The fixed frame assembly that also serves as a rail is attached to a support bracket provided at the end of the floor surface of each floor and is erected from the ground to the roof. The wall panel placed between the two wall panel guide rails also serves as a fixed frame, and the wall panel is set at a fixed interval between two wall panel guide rails. The wall panels are engaged with the dual-purpose fixed frame, and the wire ropes of the lifting device installed on the roof of the building frame are used to lift the wall panels one by one and temporarily fix them, and the lowest wall panel is attached to these two walls. After the body panels are fixed between the fixed frame that also serves as guide rails, the temporarily fixed wall panels are unfixed sequentially from the bottom and lowered onto the wall panel below, and the two wall panels are fixed. The fixed frame, which also serves as a panel guide rail, is clamped and fixed by fixing bolts provided on the above-mentioned fixing fittings of the wall panel, thereby forming the outer wall of the building.

As a result, the fixed shaft assembly that also serves as a wall panel guide rail serves both as a guide rail for the wall panel and as a fixed shaft assembly for the wall panel. Therefore, it is possible to form an outer wall of a building that has good workability, shortens the construction period, and has high installation accuracy.

For example, a winch 24 is provided as a lifting device on the roof of the building frame 4, and the winch 24 pulls up various wall panels such as the large panel unit 1 via a lifting wire rope 22. The winch 24 will work better if it is movable along the periphery of the building frame 4 on the rooftop; in that case, it may be moved, for example, on a rail temporarily laid on the rooftop. Also, multiple winches 24 may be installed and used at the same time.
Wall panel installation work can be performed all around the building frame 4 at once, and work efficiency can be further increased.

In the above work, transporting the various wall panels to the wall panel guide rail/fixed framework 7 may be carried out manually, but for example, a belt conveyor or the like may be temporarily installed on the ground around the building frame. If the wall panel is placed and transported to a predetermined mounting position, the work efficiency is extremely good. It is particularly suitable for cases where the distance between adjacent buildings is extremely narrow and it is difficult to transport the wall panels by hand.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the wall panel installation method of the present invention includes installing a lifting device on the roof of the building frame, erecting a fixed shaft assembly that also serves as a wall panel guide rail outside the building frame, and The wall panels installed on the floor are sequentially pulled up and temporarily fixed using the lifting device along the wall panel guide rail/fixing frame, and then the wall panels located below are fixed in place in order. It is something to do.

1. A plurality of fixed frameworks that also serve as wall panel guide rails are installed vertically on the outer peripheral surface of the building frame, but these fixed frameworks that also serve as wall panel guide rails are installed at the ends of the floor of each floor. It is attached to a metal fitting and erected from the ground to the rooftop, and each wall panel guide rail/fixing frame is set at a predetermined interval corresponding to the width of the wall panel. The wall panel arranged between the frames is arranged by engaging the fixing fittings provided at the corners on the back side of the wall panel with the two fixed frames that also serve as wall panel guide rails,
The wall panels are lifted one by one using a wire rope from a lifting device installed on the roof of the building and temporarily fixed, and the lowest wall panel is placed between these two wall panel guide rails that also serve as fixed frames. After fixing, the temporarily fixed wall panels are unfixed sequentially from the bottom and lowered onto the wall panel below, and the two wall panel guide rails are attached to the wall. A wall panel installation method characterized in that the panels are clamped and fixed using fixing bolts provided on the above-mentioned fixing fittings to form the outer wall of a building.
