のである。即ち、重い部品であるモータ3側にプ
ラグブロツク6の充電栓刃18を突出させている
ので、充電用栓刃18を商用電源コンセント7に
挿入した場合にモータ3の重量により安定した状
態にできるものであり、またスイツチハンドルは
上記充電用栓刃の突出側とは異なる面に配置して
いるので、充電用栓刃を電源コンセントに奥まで
きつちりと差し込むことができるものである。

ユ15には押上ばね及び防塵板22を介して内刃
2が取付けられる。外刃フレーム17は刃着脱釦
11によりハウジング8に固定される。外刃フレ
ーム17には刃穴を形成した外刃1が内刃うと接
するように取付けられる。これら刃ブロツクには
保護キヤツプ19か被着される。ハウジング8の
一側に配置された重い部品であるモータ3の下方
にはプラグブロツク6が位置し、充電用栓刃18
がモータ3側よりハウジング8外に突出自在とな
るようにしている。モータ3の横には中程の重さ
の部品である蓄電池4、軽い部品である回路ブロ
ツク5が並設されている。シヤーシ9は回路ブロ
ツク5、モータ3、蓄電池4とを結合して回路を

り、しかも、プラグブロツクがハウジングの底部
側にあるとはいえ、ハウジング内に配されるモー
タや蓄電池や回路ブロツクは、重心が上記一側に
寄るように配設されているために、重みによる傾
きが生じにくく、安定した状態で充電を行えると
ともに、プラグブロツクにかかる重量負荷も小さ
くて、強度上の不安がなく、効率良く充電できる
ものである。
