部分を担当する内周シール部材eと静的シール部
分を担当する外周シール部材dには、それぞれの
機能に適した異種材料(例:前者eに弗素材、後
者dにニトリル材)が選択使用される。

補強環を軸方向に圧縮させながら型締めして前記
キヤビテイを内周部分と外周部分に分断し、該両
部分に充満する前記生地を相互に混合させること
なく前記補強環に加硫接着するもので、成形型の
キヤビテイ内壁の成形精度に多少のばらつきがあ
つても補強環がこれに見合う形に変形し、この精
度誤差を吸収するようになる。

度に優れたオイルシール製品を大量に製造できる
