In such a conventional example, the hopper 2' filled with the molding material 1 is moved horizontally above the mold 3, and the molding material is caused to flow down into the mold 3 from the slit 2a' at the lower end of the hopper 2'. It has become possible to supply However, in such a conventional example, the hopper 2' has a complicated container shape, making it difficult to clean it after use (an organic solvent must be used for cleaning, which is unfavorable from a health and safety perspective, especially when cleaning small parts. ), the lower part of the hopper 2' is filled with the surface molding material 1a, and the upper part is filled with the base molding material 1b, which is then flowed down through the slit 2a' to attach the pattern. However, since the molding material 1 is allowed to flow down from the slit 2a' in a steady state, the way the pattern enters is uniform and it is difficult to produce a pattern with variations. The drawback is that it requires a shutter that closes at other times, making the structure complicated. Other examples of artificial marble molding devices are shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. In such a conventional example, the tray 2 filled with the molding material 1 is moved horizontally above the mold 3 while the tray 2 is tilted to allow the molding material 1 to flow down from the tray 2 to the mold 3, thereby supplying the molding material 1. It's becoming like that. However, in such a conventional example, the flowing flow rate changes depending on the inclination angle of the tray 2 and the viscosity of the molding material 1 (due to temperature, etc.), and the molding material 1 flows at a constant flow rate.
It is difficult to form uniformly by letting it flow down.

In things that flow down to
A flow rate adjusting plate 5 is provided on the edge of the tray 2 along which the molding material 1 flows down when the tray 2 is tilted, and is capable of regulating the flow rate of the molding material 1 flowing down to a fixed amount. This configuration solves the drawbacks of the conventional example. In other words, by allowing the molding material 1 to flow down from the tray 2 as described above, cleaning etc. can be easily performed compared to the conventional hopper with a complicated shape.
In addition, since it flows down from the tray 2, a variety of patterns can be made.Furthermore, since the tray 2 is tilted and flows down, there is no need for a shutter like in the past, making the structure simpler. By providing a flow rate adjusting plate 5 that can regulate the flow rate of the molding material 1 to a constant amount at the edge of the tray 2 where the molding material 1 flows down when it is tilted, molding can be performed at a constant flow rate. It became possible to uniformly mold material 1 by flowing it down.

It's on the eagle. This tray 2 is attached to a tray holding frame 7 so as to be rotatable about a fulcrum 6, and the tray 2 is reciprocated horizontally together with the tray holding frame 7 above the mold 3. ing. The tip of a piston rod 8a of a drive cylinder 8 such as an air cylinder is rotatably connected to the edge opposite to the inclined edge 2a of the tray 2, and the tray 2 can be rotated by driving the drive cylinder 8. It is designed so that it can be tilted. A motor or the like may be used to rotate the tray 2 in order to tilt the tray 2. A flow rate adjustment plate 5 is arranged above the inclined edge 2a of the tray 2, and a leg portion 9 extending integrally from the flow rate adjustment plate 5 is connected to the tray 2 by a shaft 10.
It has been installed at. This flow rate adjustment plate 5 is designed to rotate around a shaft 10 when a force exceeding a predetermined level is applied, and by rotating the flow rate adjustment plate 5, a gap is created between the lower end of the flow rate adjustment plate 5 and the upper end of the inclined edge 2a. The interval between the flow holes 11 can be adjusted.
This tray 2 is filled with the molding material 1 for artificial marble, and while the tray 2 is moved horizontally above the mold 3, the tray 2 is tilted and a constant flow of the molding material 1 is allowed to flow down from the flow port 11. It is molded by pouring it into a mold 3. At this time, the flow outlet 11
By squeezing the product, a thin product can be formed.
When opened, thick products can be formed. The molding material 1 for the above-mentioned artificial marble is, for example, a material containing polyester resin as a main component and a filler added thereto.
When the molding material 1 is filled with an opaque molding material at the bottom of the tray 2 and a transparent molding material at the top of the tray 2, the molding material is poured into the mold 3 and molded.
As shown in FIG. 2, a product A having a transparent layer 12 on the front surface and an opaque back surface can be obtained. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the base molding material 1b is filled in the bottom of the tray 2, and the surface molding material 1a is filled on the base molding material 1b, and the base pattern 14 is filled in the base molding material 1b. When the molding material 1 is poured into the mold 3 from the tray 2 as shown in FIG. 4, the surface becomes uneven as shown in FIG. A product A is obtained in which the front surface pattern 15 is dispersed and the base pattern 14 is dispersed on the back surface side. In this way, the molding material 1 is allowed to flow down from the open top surface of the tray 2, so that it adheres, falls, and disperses as appropriate, resulting in a product A with a unique pattern.
can be obtained. Furthermore, since the molding material 1 flows down from the upper surface of the tray 2, if the pattern is set according to the desired pattern with the tray 2 filled with the molding material 1, the desired pattern can be created.
It is also possible to change the surface and internal patterns of the product A to be molded.

Moreover, unlike a hopper, it does not require a shutter and has a simple structure.Furthermore, since the molding material flows down from the top of the tray, it is possible to create a variety of patterns.Furthermore, when the tray is tilted, A flow rate adjustment plate that can regulate the flow rate of the molding material flowing down and adjust it to a constant amount is installed on the edge of the tray where the molding material flows down, so the flow rate adjustment plate allows the molding material to flow down at a constant flow rate. Even if the molding material is allowed to flow down from a tray, it can be easily mechanized, and products with stable quality can be formed and mass-produced.
