〔発明の目的〕

本発明は硬鋼線を使用して溶接によりリングを
製造する溶接方法に関するもので、自動車クラツ
チのピボツトリングの溶接方法として利用される

(発明が解決しようとする問題点)

にピボツトリング1の溶接部に帯リング状のバリ
10が生じ、前記バリ10を除去するためにバリ

(問題点を解決するための手段)
前記技術的課題を解決するための手段は、カバ
ーコア、プレツシヤープレート、ダイヤフラムス
プリングよりなる自動車用クラツチカバーの内周
側の円周上に設けた複数個の舌部で位置決め保持
される硬鋼線によりなるピボツトリングに於い
て、硬鋼線を切断後リング状に形成し、前記ピボ
ツトリングの開口部を溶接する場合にピボツトリ
ングの溶接部を、ピボツトリングの形状に合わせ
た銅製の裏当金にて保持し、TIG溶接にて接合す
るピボツトリングの溶接方法である。

〔発明の効果〕
本発明は次の効果を有する。すなわち、ピボツ
トリング形状に合わせた裏当て金を使用してTIG
溶接を行うことにより溶接部にバリの発生が皆無
であり、その結果バリ取り工数が不用となり大巾
なコスト低減が可能となるが、更に従来のバツト
溶接に於いては第7図イに示すようにバツト溶接
時にリング突合わせ移動しながら溶接されるため
に溶接部の取違い11が生じピボツトリングとし
ての強度上及び機能上不利であつたが、本実施の
場合には溶接部の合わせセンターズレが無く、ピ
ボツトリングの真円度の狂いも発生せず高品質の

ーの内周側の円周上に設けた複数個の舌部で位置
決め保持される硬鋼線によりなるピボツトリング
を製造する場合に、硬鋼線を切断後リング状に形
成し、該ピボツトリングの開口部を溶接する場合
に、該ピボツトリングの溶接部をピボツトリング
の形状に合せた銅製の裏当て金の溝部に保持し
て、タングステン・イナートガス・アーク溶接に
て接合するピボツトリングの溶接方法。1.
