Description

【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

産業上の利用分野 本発明は、幼豚に給与するのに適した配合飼料
に関する。 従来技術 一般に、経済動物としての豚の飼育は生産効率
を最大にする方向で研究されてきている。豚の生
産効率を高めるためには種雌豚の回転率をあげ母
豚一頭当り年間子豚生産頭数を増加することが重
要な課題の一つとなるのである。 子豚出産を早めるには、子豚の離乳日令を早め
ることが必要となる。 子豚の一般離乳日令は、かつては30−40日程度
であつたが、現在は母豚の回転率を上げるため、
通常20−30日である。 しかしながら、生後20乃至30日の幼豚は離乳ス
トレス、環境の急変等のために健康を損ない、下
痢・疫病等に罹患し発育不良等に陥ることが多
い。 従つて離乳を早めた幼豚を事故なく健康に速い
発育速度で、しかも良好な飼料効率で飼育するこ
とは、養豚家にとつて養豚経営成功の重要な要因
となるのである。 この目的のために従来から種々の生菌剤が検討
され、ある程度の効果はみられているが未だ十分
なものではない。 発明の目的 本発明は上述した状況にかんがみてなされたも
のであつて、バチルス・ズブチリス(Bacillus
subtilis)C−3102生菌剤を配合飼料に添加、含
有させることにより、幼豚の増体を促進するとと
もに、飼料効率の改善をはかる幼豚用配合飼料を
提供することを目的とする。 次に本発明を詳細に説明する。 発明の構成 本発明はバチルス・ズブチリスC−3102を有効
菌として添加した配合飼料に関する。 本発明の幼豚用配合飼料に添加する菌株は、本
発明者らが自然界から新たに分離したバチルス・
ズブチリスC−3102である。 バチルス・ズブチリスC−3102は工業技術院微
生工業技術研究所に微工研条寄第1096号として寄
託されているが、本菌の細菌学的性状は次の通り
である。 A 形態的性状 (1) 幅0.6〜1.0μm、長さ1.5〜2.0μmの桿菌。 (2) グラム染色:陽性。 (3) 卵円形の芽胞を形成。 (4) 運動性:有。 B 各種培地での生育状態 (1) 普通寒天培地:非常に良く生育する。 (2) ブドウ糖ブイヨンに於ける嫌気的発育は認め
られない。 (3) 食塩濃度7%で生育する。 C 生理的性質 (1) 50℃における発育:+ (2) PH5.7における発育:+ (3) クエン酸塩の利用:+ (4) 糖類からの酸生成の有無 アラビノース:+ グルコース:+ キシロース:+ マンニツト:+ (5) VP反応:+ (6) デンプンの加水分解:+ (7) 硝酸塩の還元性:+ (8) インドールの生成:− (9) ゼラチンの加水分解:+ (10) カゼインの加水分解:+ (11) 液体培地での皮膜形成:+ (12) 牛乳の凝固:− (13) 牛乳のペプトン化:+ (14) カタラーゼ:+ (15) ビチオン要求性:− 本発明における使用菌としては本菌は勿論のこ
と、本菌の天然、人工的変異株も使用され得る。 次に本発明のバチルス・ズブチリスC−3102の
培養方法を説明する。 培地としては炭素源、窒素源、無機物、ビタミ
ン、アミノ酸等を含む、微生物の培養に通常用い
られる培地が広く使用され得る。炭素源としては
同化可能な炭素化合物であればよく、例えばグル
コース、シユークロース、でんぷん、糖蜜などが
使用される。窒素源としては利用可能な窒素化合
物であればよく、例えばペプトン、肉エキス、カ
ゼイン酸加水分解物などが使用される。その他リ
ン酸塩、マグネシウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、
カルシウム、鉄、マンガン等の塩類、ビタミン、
アミノ酸、消泡剤、界面活性剤が必要に応じて使
用される。 培地は液体培地、固体培地がともに使用でき、
好気条件下の培養が適当である。培地の初発PHは
PH5〜9、好ましくはPH6〜8であり、培養温度
は20〜50℃、好ましくは35〜40℃であり、培養時
間は12時間〜7日で好適に培養できる。 このようにして得られた培養物は、そのままも
しくは洗浄した菌体として使用することができ
る。また、培養物や菌体を、そのままもしくは添
加物を加えて乾燥したり、製剤化したあと用いる
こともできる。 本発明の幼豚用配合飼料に添加されるバチル
ス・ズブチリスC−3102は、配合飼料1gあたり
10〜1012、望ましくは104〜108個になるように添
加すればよい。 次に本発明の製造例及び実施例を示す。 製造例 1 水道水10に大豆ペプトン200g、リン酸2カ
リ10g、糖蜜200gを溶解させ、1N水酸化ナトリ
ウム液によりPHを7.5に調整した培地をジヤーフ
アーメンターに入れ、121℃、15分間殺菌し、予
め前培養しておいたバチルス・ズブチリスC−
3102,FERMBP−1096の培養液を接種し、37
℃、40時間振盪培養した。 このようにして得られた培養液を遠心分離して
菌体を集め、乾燥後、脱脂紛乳に混合してバチル
ス・ズブチリスC−3102生菌剤1Kgを得た。この
生菌剤に含まれる生菌数は1×109個/gであつ
た。 製造例 2 製造例1と同様に培養して得られた培養液を遠
心分離して菌体を集め、乾燥後、炭酸カルシウム
に混合してバチルス・ズブチリスC−3102生菌剤
200gを得た。この生菌剤中の生菌数1×1010
個/gであつた。 実施例 1 生後3週ないし4週令の子豚を各12頭宛て2試
験区に分け、各試験区に表1に示す配合割合の配
合飼料を給与して発育試験を行なつた。なお、生
菌剤としては製造例1で得た脱脂粉乳に混合した
ものを用い、飼料中の生菌数は1×106個/gで
あつた。結果は表2に示す通りである。

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a compound feed for young pigs that promotes weight gain of young pigs and improves feed efficiency by adding and containing a live bacterial agent (C-3102) to the compound feed. Structure of the Invention The present invention relates to a compound feed to which Bacillus subtilis C-3102 is added as an effective bacterium. The bacterial strain added to the compound feed for young pigs of the present invention is a Bacillus strain newly isolated from the natural world by the present inventors.

に混合・乾燥したものを用い、飼料中の生菌数は
1×107個/gであつた。結果は表4に示す通り
