[Background Art] To prevent bedsores, it is effective to avoid local pressure and promote blood circulation to prevent blood congestion. For this purpose, it has been proposed that a large number of tubular air sacs that can be expanded and contracted are arranged in parallel so that each air sac is inflated and contracted one after another. It would be quite complicated and expensive to independently control the air supply and exhaust for each air sac, so as shown in Fig . In the illustrated example, one end of each of air bladders 1 to 5) is connected by a connecting air bladder portion 2 having a smaller cross-sectional area than the air bladder 1, and each of the remaining air bladders 1 2 n is connected at the other end by a connecting air bladder portion 3.
It has been proposed that air is supplied and exhausted through a connection port 4 and a connection port 5 provided at one end of each. In this case, air is supplied to the air bladders 1 2 n- 1 connected by the connecting air bladder portion 2 to inflate these air bladders 1 sequentially from the connection port 4 side, and the air bladders 1 are connected by the connecting air bladder portion 3. air sac 1 2 n
In addition, air is supplied to the air bladders 1 2 n connected by the connecting air bladder section 3 to sequentially inflate these air bladders 1 from the connection port 5 side. air sac 1 2 n- 1
In this case, in order to switch between air supply and exhaust, air supply means 6 such as a compressor or air pump are provided between the connection ports 4 and 5. Since one valve 7 for each connection port is used to switch the air supply instantaneously as shown in FIG.
were both installed at one end of the pine,
For example, from the state in which the air bladder 1 2 n, which had been connected by the connecting air bladder section 3, is inflated due to the supply of air, the air bladder 1 2 n, which has been connected by the connecting air bladder section 2, is
When the valve 7 is switched so that air is supplied to 2n - 1 , the expansion occurs in the order of air sac 1 1 , air sac 1 3 , and air sac 1 5 as shown in Fig. 3; , air sac 1 10 contracts, air sac 1 8 ,
The order is air sac 1 6 , and the progress of expansion of air sac 1 2 n- 1 and the progress of contraction of air sac 1 2 n are in opposite directions and interfere with each other, so the waves due to the progress of expansion of air sac 1 2 n- 1 are It was not clear, and the only feeling I got was that the pine was moving up and down, so I couldn't get the wave motion that was effective in promoting blood circulation.

[Disclosure of the Invention] The present invention provides a method for preventing bedsores by dividing a large number of tubular air sacs that can be expanded and contracted into two air sac groups, and alternately supplying and exhausting air to both air sac groups from one end of each air sac group. In a mat for air sacs, the switch from air supply to exhaust for one air sac group is delayed, and the switch from exhaust to air supply for the other air sac group is delayed, so that both air sac groups are deflated during the alternate inflation period of both air sac groups. By timing the air supply to the other air sac group only after exhaustion from one air sac group ends, interference is eliminated and clear wave motion is achieved. The phenomenon was made to occur.

The present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIG. 4. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a tubular air sac which has elasticity and can be expanded and contracted, and each of the air sacs 1 2 n- 1 has an air sac at one end. They are connected by a connecting air bladder portion 2 having a smaller cross-sectional area than air bladder 1, and a connection port 4 is provided in the air bladder 11 portion. The other ends of the air bladders 1 2 n are connected by a connecting air bladder portion 3 having a smaller cross-sectional area than the air bladder 1, and a connection port 5 is provided in a portion of the connecting air bladder portion 3 that is continuous with the air bladder 1 2 . The connection port 4 and the connection port 5 are connected to an air supply means 6 constituted by an air pump or a compressor through electromagnetic valves 7 1 and 7 2 such as three-way valves, respectively. The valves 7 1 and 7 2 operate alternately to repeatedly supply and exhaust air to the air bladder 1, and the timing of their operation is controlled by a control circuit 8 incorporating a timer and an on-delay timer. , as shown in FIG .
For example, after about 1 to 5 seconds have elapsed after the valve 72 is turned off and the air in the air sac 1 2 n- 1 begins to be exhausted, the valve 7 2 is turned on and starts supplying air to the air sac 1 2 n. Also, valve 7 2 is turned off and air sac 1 2 n
After about 1 to 5 seconds have passed since the start of evacuation of the air inside, the valve 7 1 is turned on and the air sac 1 2 n- 1 is opened.
The air supply is set to start.
In addition, the ON time of valve 7 1 and valve 7 2 is 5 to 50
It takes about seconds. The off time is set so that the air in the air sac 1 2 n- 1 or the air sac 1 2 n is not completely exhausted. Also valve 7 1
and the diameter of the air outlet in valve 7 2 is 1 to 5.
It is preferable that relatively slow evacuation of mm is performed. If the exhaust speed is too fast or too slow, it will have a negative effect.

In the mattress for preventing bedsores in which the timing of air supply and exhaust is set in this way, if all the air sacs 1 2 n- 1 are currently inflated and all the air sacs 1 2 n are contracted, then
Then valve 7 1 turns off and the air sac 1 2 n
- After air exhaust from air sac 1 2 n- 1 begins and deflation of air sac 1 2 n- 1 is almost completed, valve 7 2 is turned on to start supplying air to air sac 1 2 n . air sac 12 , air sac 14 , and air sac 16 inflate sequentially; at this time, air sac 12n - 1 has already contracted, so the patient lying on the mat inflates air sac 12n . You will feel clear waves due to the sequential expansion. Air sac 1 2 n contracts and air sac 1 2 n
The same is true when −1 expands. The patient also feels waves when the air sac 1 contracts.

As shown in FIG. 6, the mat is further equipped with an exhaust air bag 9 having a minute exhaust port 10 on the top surface, and which blows air from the minute exhaust port to dry the contact surface between the patient and the mat. Of course, it may be something else. Incidentally, this exhaust air bladder 9 is designed to constantly blow out air.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, after one air sac group contracts due to exhaust air, air supply to the other air sac group is started, so that air sacs that are sequentially expanded as air is supplied The patient can clearly feel the wave movement of the air sacs, which not only prevents local pressure from continuing due to the alternate expansion and contraction of both air sac groups, but also promotes blood circulation due to the wave movement. It is possible to obtain a good bed sore prevention effect.
