ECT devices obtain two-dimensional distribution images of radioactive substances in specific tomographic planes, and are used in clinical medicine. In other words, when RI (radioactive isotope) introduced into a patient's body as a medicine accumulates in specific organs, the radiation emitted from this RI outside the body is detected around the patient's body and data is collected. By subjecting the data to image reconstruction processing, a two-dimensional distribution image of RI distributed within the patient's body on a specific tomographic plane is reconstructed as a tomographic image.

(b) Prior art As shown in Figure 1, the Phantom has a main body 1 made of a radiolucent material such as acrylic, and a diameter of 3 to 30 mm.
It consists of dozens of long and narrow holes 2 penetrating from the upper end to the lower end, each filled with an RI solution. When measuring an ECT device, the cross section of the ECT device is It is used by setting it perpendicular to the hole 2 at the midpoint between the upper and lower ends of the hole.

Conventionally, the lower end of the main body 1 was covered, the RI solution was injected into each of the holes 2 using a syringe, etc., and then the upper end was covered. Therefore, RI in hole 2
Not only was the work of adding the solution difficult and took a long time, but the exposure of workers to radiation was also a problem.

(c) Purpose In view of the above, the purpose of this invention is to provide a phantom that can easily perform the work of introducing an RI solution into the through-hole of the phantom body in a short time and reduce the amount of radiation exposure of workers. With the goal.

(e) Example In FIG. 2, a body 1 made of a radiation-transparent material such as acrylic is provided with several dozen elongated holes 2 with a diameter of about 3 to 30 mm passing through the body 1 from the upper end to the lower end. The lower end side of the main body 1 is inserted into the recess 4 of the saucer 3. An O-ring 5 made of rubber or the like is attached to the outer surface of the lower end of the main body 1, and when the lower end of the main body 1 is inserted into the recess 4 of the saucer 3, the inner surface of the recess 4 and the outer surface of the lower end of the main body 1 are attached. It is designed to maintain a tight seal with the sides. A guide projection 6 is provided in the recess 4 of the saucer 3, and a guide recess 7 is provided at the lower end of the main body 1, and the lower end of the main body 1 is inserted and slid into the recess 7. Recess 4 of saucer 3
By inserting it into the gap, the insertion can be performed without creating an inclination between the two. The main body 1 is provided with a flange portion 8, and the saucer 3 is attached to this flange portion 8 with screws. Further, a lid 9 is attached to the upper end of the main body 1 with screws.

First, as shown in FIG. 3A, the recess 4 of the saucer 3
Pour an appropriate amount of RI solution 10 into the container, and insert main body 1 from above. Then, the outer surface of the main body 1 and the recess 4 of the saucer 3

The RI solution 10 is applied to the outer surface of the main body 1 and the recess 4 of the saucer 3.
The RI solution 10 is pressed as it is inserted without spilling out from between the inner surface of the
enters the hole 2 as shown in FIG. When fully inserted, each hole 2 will open as shown in Figure C.
It will be filled with 10 ml of RI solution. In this state, the main body 1 and the saucer 3 are fixed with screws,
Also, the lid 9 is attached.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment. In this embodiment, the guide protrusion 6 and the guide recess 7 are not provided. First, the main body 1 is inserted into the recess 4 of the saucer 3 as shown in FIG. Then, pour the RI solution 10 into one hole 2 as shown in FIG. 4B. Then,
Since the periphery of the recess 4 is sealed, the RI solution 10 also enters the other holes 2 from below, as shown in Fig. 3C.
All holes 2 are filled with RI solution as shown in FIG.

(f) Effects In the Phantom of this invention, the lower end of the main body is inserted into the saucer storing the RI solution while maintaining sealing, so the RI solution enters all the through holes at once, making the work extremely easy. Since the process can be completed in a short time and the work time is shortened, the amount of radiation exposure of the worker can also be reduced.
