[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention provides a power plant, a chemical plant, etc.
This is a stationary hydraulic vibration isolator that supports supported objects such as piping systems from vibrations caused by earthquakes, etc., on supports such as building beams. The purpose is to provide a device that does not require frequent maintenance and inspection for prevention, has a relatively simple structure, and can be obtained at low cost.

Embodiments of the invention will be described below with reference to the figures. An oil case 1 containing 0 oil is attached to a support S such as a beam of a building.
It is fixed horizontally on top. A cover 3 having an opening 2 is mounted on the oil case 1. A pair of cylinders 4, 4 which face each other inwardly and are open are provided on both sides below the oil level in the oil case 1.

Both ends of the piston body 5 are inserted into the cylinder 4 airtightly and slidably, forming an oil chamber 6 within the cylinder 4 . At both ends of the piston body 5,
Oil passages 7 are provided that communicate the oil chambers 6 with the oil in the oil case 1 outside the oil chambers 6, and check valves 8 are provided in the middle of the oil passages 7, respectively. Check valve 8
The oil passage 7 is opened when the flow of oil from the oil chamber 6 to the outside of the oil chamber 6 is slow, but when the flow is rapid, the oil passage 7 is closed.
The piston body 5 is held by a holder 9 at its center. The holder 9 has a bracket 10 that stands upwardly and projects outward from the opening 2, and one end of a connecting member 11 connected to a supported body such as a piping system is pivotally attached to the bracket 10. Therefore, it is assumed that the piston body 5 reciprocates horizontally in response to the vibration of the supported body.

Next, the effect will be explained. When the piston body 5 moves horizontally in conjunction with a supported body (not shown), one of the oil chambers 6 expands and the other contracts. The oil in the contracted oil chamber 6 tries to flow out of the cylinder through the oil passage 7, but if the movement of the piston body 5 is rapid, the check valve 8 closes due to hydraulic pressure, and the relative position of the piston body 5 is closed. Prevent movement. This becomes the vibration damping force of the supported body. On the other hand, when the supported body is slowly displaced due to thermal expansion or the like, the piston body 5 slowly moves relatively. Therefore, the oil in the oil chamber 6 is discharged from the oil passage 7 without operating the check valve 8. Therefore, the necessary slow displacement of the supported body is easily tolerated.

As described above, the present invention has an oil case 1 which is horizontally fixed to a support S, has an open upper part, and is sealed elsewhere, and an oil case 1 in which the open parts are opposed to each other in the oil inside the oil case 1. A pair of horizontally fixed cylinders 4 and an oil chamber 6 inside each cylinder 4.
An oil passage 7 whose both ends are slidably inserted so as to form an oil chamber 6 and the outside of the cylinder 4, and a check valve 8 provided in the middle of the oil passage 7. and a connecting member such as a bracket 10, which is fixed to the middle part of the piston body 5 at its lower end, extends upwardly and projects from the oil case 1, and whose upper part is connected to a supported body. Since a stationary hydraulic vibration isolator is constructed, the cylinder 4 is submerged in the oil in the oil case 1, and the oil case 1 is sealed except for the upper part, and there is no dynamic seal part, so there is no risk of oil leakage. Therefore, maintenance and inspection work can be omitted, and since the overall structure is relatively simple, it is easy to manufacture and can be provided at low cost.
