3に夫々取付けられ、該チヤツク部8が所定の位
置へ移動したことを検出する多数の検出器S1〜
Snと、本体フレーム3の図示右方に取付けられ、
自動取出しされた成型品を次工程へ搬送するコン
ベヤ9と、検出器S1〜Snからの検出信号SS1〜
SSnが入力され、故障箇所を判別する判別手段を
構成する制御装置10と、該制御装置10の本体
ケースに取付けられ、故障箇所に関する情報を音
声出力するモニタースピーカ11と、成型品自動
取出装置1の集中管理を実行する集中コントロー
ラ12に取付けられた拡張スピーカ13とから構
成されている。なお、前記チヤツク部8の各チヤ
ツクには、該チヤツクによる成型品のチヤツキン
グ状態を検出するチヤツキング検出器(図示せ
ず)が取付けられ、該チヤツキング検出器からの
