However, the conventional PVC film 10
In the case of a wooden decorative board that is attached to a wooden board 3 with an adhesive, the problem is that the PVC film 10 has a softening point of about 80° and is insufficient in resistance, and also has a low surface hardness and is easily damaged. It was hot. Furthermore, in the case of such wood decorative boards, for wood board 3
The adhesiveness of the PVC film 10 is low and it is easy to peel off, and there is a problem that the PVC film 10 peels off especially at the bent part as shown in FIG. When pasting the PVC film 1, heat and pressure are applied, but this pressure generates moisture in the wood board 3 as steam, and the pressure of this steam causes the PVC film 1 to
0 had the problem of so-called blistering, where partial peeling was likely to occur. Furthermore, when pressurizing in this manner, the unevenness on the surface of the wooden board 3 is reflected on the PVC film 10, causing unevenness on the surface of the PVC film 10, which causes a poor tactile sensation. In addition, in the case of such a wooden decorative board, vinyl acetate-based or epoxy-based adhesive is applied to the wood board 3, and then
Although the PVC film 10 is pasted, since it is a wet method in which an adhesive is applied, there is a problem in that water in the adhesive penetrates into the wooden board 3 and the wooden board 3 tends to warp. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its primary purpose is to provide a wood decorative board that has excellent heat resistance and surface hardness, and has the aim of providing a decorative wood board that has excellent adhesiveness between the decorative film and the wood board. The second objective is to provide a wood decorative board that can prevent peeling defects from occurring, and to provide a wood decorative board that is free from the risk of blistering on the decorative film and in which surface irregularities of the wood board do not appear as a tactile sensation. The third object of the present invention is to provide a wood decorative board that can be manufactured using a dry method without warping the wood board.

The wood decorative board according to the present invention is made of a transparent polyester film 1 using a dry laminating adhesive.
Cosmetic film 2 and paper 7 with a cosmetic print
The polyester film 1, the decorative film 2, and the paper 7 are pasted on the surface of the wooden board 3 via the heat-sealing layer 5 of the thermoplastic resin adhesive film so that the polyester film 1 is on the front side. It is characterized by being made of In addition, the method for manufacturing a wood decorative board according to the present invention includes bonding a transparent polyester film 1, a decorative film 2 with a decorative print, and a paper 7 in this order of layers using a dry laminating adhesive, and Thermoplastic resin adhesive film 4 is placed on the back side of paper 7.
The composite film 8 is laminated with extrusion coating, and this composite film 8 is placed on the surface of the wooden board 3 with the polyester film 1 on the front side and heated and pressurized. It is characterized in that a polyester film 1, a decorative film 2, and a paper 7 are pasted on the paper. The present invention will be explained in detail below. As the polyester film 1, a polyethylene terephthalate film can be used, as the decorative film 2, a polyvinyl chloride or polypropylene film with back-printed wood grain patterns etc. can be used, and as the paper 7, thin paper, reinforced paper, etc. can be used. . The polyester film 1 is formed to be colorless or colored and transparent.
The decorative film 2 and paper 7 are bonded together using a dry laminating adhesive, but it is preferable that each of the films 1 and 2 and the paper 7 be subjected to a corona discharge treatment before that. As shown in FIG. 4, the corona discharge treatment is performed by applying high frequency and high voltage between the insulated electrode 15 connected to the transformer 20 of the corona discharge treatment machine 14 and the grounded dielectric roll 16. This can be carried out by causing dielectric breakdown in the corona discharge to generate a corona discharge, and passing the films 1 and 2 or the paper 7 during this corona discharge. By subjecting the surfaces of the films 1, 2 and the paper 7 to the corona discharge treatment in this manner, the surfaces of the films 1, 2 and the paper 7 can be polarized and activated, thereby improving adhesive performance. Films 1 and 2 treated with corona discharge in this way
Films 1 and 2 are coated with adhesive for dry lamination on one or both of the opposing surfaces of paper 7.
The films 1, 2 and the paper 7 are stacked and passed between rolls to integrate the films 1, 2 and the paper 7, and then a thermoplastic resin adhesive film 4 is placed on the back side of the paper 7.
A composite film 8 in which the films 1, 2, paper 7, and adhesive film 4 are bonded and integrated is obtained by extrusion coating, which is applied in a softened state immediately after being extruded into a film form from an extruder. When adhering the adhesive film 4 to the paper 7 by extrusion coating, it is preferable to apply an anchor coating agent to the paper 7 in advance. The anchor coating agent is used to activate the surface of the paper 7 and increase the adhesive strength of the adhesive film 4 to the paper 7 when coating the paper 7 with the adhesive film 4 immediately after extrusion, and the anchor coating agent is expensive. It has polarity, and this polarity increases the polarity of the surface of the paper 7. As anchor coating agents, organic titanium-based anchor coating agents, polyethyleneimine-based anchor coating agents, and isocyanate-based anchor coating agents are provided, but isocyanate-based anchor coating agents are preferred due to their heat resistance. Here, as an adhesive for dry lamination,
Urethane-based materials are preferred in terms of properties such as heat resistance, and A, which is commercially available from Takeda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
-367/A-7, A-371/A-3, A-375/A
-3, A-310/A-3 (all product numbers), etc. can be used. As the thermoplastic resin adhesive film 4, it is preferable to use a polyolefin whose melting temperature is lower than that of the polyester film 1, and which is copolymerized with a polar monomer to improve adhesiveness. That is, this product is a product obtained by grafting or copolymerizing a polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene with a monomer having a carboxyl group as a polar group such as maleic acid, fumaric acid, acrylic acid, or methacrylic acid. For example, EAA
(ethylene/acrylic acid), EMA (ethylene/methacrylic acid), EEA (ethylene/acrylic ester), ionomer (ethylene/acrylate)
can be cited as a representative example. These products include Mitsubishi Petrochemical's "Modeitsuku," Mitsui Petrochemical's "Admer," Sumitomo Chemical's "Bond First,"
Toa Fuel Chemical's ``HA series'' and Exxon's ``Dexon'' are available as adhesive polyolefin resins, which can be extruded into films. When pasting the composite film 8 on the surface of the wooden board 3, the composite film 8 is placed on the wooden board 3 with the polyester film 1 on the front side, and then heated as shown in FIG. roll 1
By passing the adhesive film 4 between 2 and 12,
The adhesive film 4 is fused to the wooden board 3 by heating and pressurizing it under conditions higher than the melting temperature of the polyester film 1 and lower than the melting temperature of the polyester film 1. In this way, a wooden decorative board is obtained in which the paper 7, the polyester film 1, and the decorative film 2 are attached to the surface of the wooden board 3 via the heat-sealing layer 5 of the adhesive film 4, as shown in FIG. It is something. Here, since the paper 7 is laminated on the composite film 8, the unevenness on the surface of the wooden board 3 is absorbed by this paper 7. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3, even if the polyester film 1 is attached to the wooden board 3 by hot pressing using a heating plate 13, a wooden decorative board with a smooth surface of the polyester film 1 can be obtained. It is something. In addition, water vapor from the wooden board 3 generated by heating when pasting the composite film 8 on the wooden board 3 is absorbed by the paper 7.
It can also prevent blisters from occurring due to the pressure of water vapor.

The invention will now be illustrated by examples. Example A transparent polyester film (biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film, trade name: EMBLET, manufactured by Unitika Co., Ltd.) with a thickness of 25 μm was subjected to corona discharge treatment under the conditions of 40 dyne/cm using a corona discharge treatment machine, and a wood grain pattern was applied to the back side. A decorative film made of polyvinyl chloride film having a thickness of 70 μm and a thin paper having a thickness of 40 μm (25 g/m 2 ) were similarly subjected to the corona discharge treatment. Next, a heat-resistant polyester type urethane adhesive for dry lamination (A-310/A- manufactured by Takeda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) was applied to the polyester film and tissue paper respectively.
3) was applied at a coating weight of 5 g/m 2 and dried in a dryer at 60 to 70°C. Thereafter, the polyester film, decorative film, and paper were layered and passed between rolls to bond and integrate the three. Furthermore, TDI's isocyanate-based anchor coating agent was applied to the back side of the paper at a coating amount of 7 g/m 2 . Next, adhesive high-pressure polyethylene (Bond First manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.), which has been graft-copolymerized with an acid anhydride, is applied to this side of the paper using an extrusion molding machine (conditions: 280°C).
It was laminated as an adhesive film immediately after extrusion to a thickness of 30μ. The composite film thus obtained was layered on the surface of plywood formed by laminating five 2.4 mm thick veneers using urea melamine adhesive, and then rolled between hot rolls heated to 150°C at a rate of 12 m/min. By passing the plywood through the wood at a feed rate of , a decorative wood board with a composite film attached to the surface of the plywood was obtained. Comparative Example A vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive was applied to the surface of the same plywood as in the example at a coating amount of 150 g/ m2 ,
A 70 μm thick polyvinyl chloride film with a wood grain pattern printed on the back was layered on top of this and passed between rolls heated to 60°C to obtain a wood decorative board with the polyvinyl chloride film attached to plywood. Regarding the wooden decorative boards obtained in the above Examples and Comparative Examples, the peel strength between the plywood and the film attached to the plywood was measured, and the surface hardness was also measured. The results are shown in the table below.

As mentioned above, in the case of the wood decorative board according to the present invention, since the polyester film is adhered to the front side of the decorative film, the excellent heat resistance of the polyester film (softening temperature is about 240°C) makes the surface Not only can heat resistance be improved, but also the surface hardness can be increased due to the excellent high hardness of polyester film, and polyester film, decorative film, and paper can be made by heat fusion of thermoplastic resin adhesive film. Since the decorative film is attached to the wooden board in layers, the decorative film can be attached to the wooden board with high adhesive strength, and defects such as the decorative film peeling off from the wooden board during bending can be reduced. Moreover, since the decorative film and polyester film are attached to the wooden board through paper, the irregularities on the surface of the wooden board are absorbed by the paper and the surface can be finished smooth, and the decorative film generated from the wooden board during heat and pressure molding can be avoided. It can prevent blisters from occurring. In addition, in the method for producing a decorative wooden board according to the present invention, a composite film composed of a polyester film, a decorative film, paper, and a thermoplastic resin adhesive film is layered on a wooden board, and this is heated and pressed to form a thermoplastic film. Since the polyester film, decorative film, and paper are attached to the wooden board using the heat-sealing layer of the resin adhesive film, there is no need to apply adhesive to the wooden board, and the polyester film and decorative film can be attached using a dry method. and paper can be pasted, and a wooden decorative board can be manufactured without warping of the wooden board.
