(発明の作用)

本発明に係る管切断装置は、管に挿通された予

により、巻取ドラムに巻取つた管の巻取端及び次
の巻取を開始する管の管端に、引き出し部分の予
備線を残して切断することができ、予備線入り電
線管を管束にした製品を順次自動的に生産するこ
とができ、生産効率を著しく向上させることがで
