However, this type of headlamp cleaner removes dirt by simply spraying cleaning water, so if dead insects or other insects are attached and dry, it will not be able to remove these dirt. There is a problem in that the adhesive becomes dry and stuck again in a short period of time when the car is driven. In addition, in recent years, headlamps have become a part of car design, and so-called proper headlamps, which have different lens shapes for each car, have become mainstream. Wide headlights are becoming more common. For this reason, the cleaning water that diffuses and jets out from the headlamp cleaner does not reach the entire headlamp surface, leaving some residue behind. However, if the entire headlamp could be rinsed away, it would scatter around the headlamp without hitting the headlamp. This causes problems such as an increase in the amount of cleaning water used, a decrease in cleaning efficiency, and a difference in cleaning between the center and the outer periphery.

ことを目的とするものである。 The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned problems. The present invention controls the spray shape so that the sprayed cleaning water is diffused over a super wide angle over the rectangular cleaning surface of the headlamp, and also reliably removes dirt and removes any unwashed water. To provide a redundant injection nozzle for a headlamp cleaner, which uniformly cleans the entire surface of a headlamp by effectively utilizing a limited amount of cleaning water without causing any water loss.

That is, the overlapping injection nozzle for a headlamp cleaner according to the present invention is used in a headlamp cleaner for a substantially rectangular lens that sprays high-pressure washing water onto the headlamp of an automobile to recover the light emitting efficiency, and each has a different washing water injection pattern. A plurality of cleaning water injection nozzles each having a cleaning water injection port are provided so that each cleaning water injection pattern overlaps, and a cleaning water passageway of a separate system is connected to each cleaning water injection nozzle, so that each cleaning water injection The gist is that the cleaning water is jetted from the nozzle at an appropriate time lag.

Therefore, for example, when two cleaning water injection nozzles are provided, the injection pattern and injection pressure of the side to be injected first are set so as to moisten the entire surface to be cleaned by the headlamp, and the injection pattern and injection pressure of the side to be injected next A dedicated cleaning injection port is established for each cleaning water injection nozzle so that the injection pressure is such that the dirt that has loosened in the previous process and has become fluid on the surface to be cleaned is peeled off and scattered. The multi-stage jetting of cleaning water ensures that dirt is removed.

As shown in FIG. 2, independent wash water flow passages 6 and 7 are communicated with each other, and each communicates with a wash water supply source via a wash water supply mechanism (not shown). Each of the above-mentioned cleaning water injection ports 4 and 5 has a third
The upper edge 8, the lower edge 9, and both side edges 10, 10 form a spray pattern 51, 52 on the surface to be cleaned of the headlamp 50 as shown in FIGS. First, after the first nozzle 1 jets out cleaning water for a certain period of time, the second nozzle 2 jets out cleaning water for a certain period of time, either immediately or at certain time intervals.
Therefore, when cleaning water is first jetted from the first nozzle 1 for a certain period of time, the jetting pattern 51 shown in FIG.
The head lamp 5 was
