ら順次挿通するため作業性が悪く多くの工数を要
し、かつ丸棒6などの係止具を必要とし製造コス
トが高くなる欠点があり、さらにルーバ組立後、
バツフル板3と反射板2の間に若干のがたつきを
生じることがあつた。

ト7は反射板2の各折曲面を相互に寄せ合うよう
に撓わませることによつて、上記スリツト7の水
平方向に投影した長さを大きくすることができ、
弾性の限界内における上記変形によつて、バツフ
ル板3を十分に挿通させることが可能な長さにす
ることができる。すなわち第2図に示すように反
射板2の両折曲面を内側に撓ませ、スリツト7の
水平方向に投影した長さBをバフツル板3の高さ
Aよりも大きくして上記バツフル板3を挿入し、
切欠部8が反射板2の折曲部に達したときに、反
射板2の撓みを元に戻せば切欠部8は両スリツト
7の下端に係合し第3図に示すようにバツフル板
3は反射板2に取付けられる。バツフル板3を正
