ルタープレスにおいては、上記した可撓材が原液
孔付近において異常な膨出が生じて破損するか、
または次の原液の供給通過が不円滑となるという
問題点を有している。このため例えば可撓材の原
液孔部に補強リングを嵌合して可撓材の原液孔側
への膨出を防止している。ところがこの場合に
は、該可撓材は補強リングの端縁から急に折曲さ
れて膨出するという現象が発生し、補強リングの
締付け端縁に位置した部分から破損されやすいと
いう不都合を有している。かかる不都合を改善す
るべく、例えば特公昭58−35727号公報にみられ
るように、対設された普通濾板の原液孔部に補助
リングを設け、その補助リングの外周縁によつて
可撓材の過度な膨出を抑制するようになした装置
が提供されている。しかしながら、かかる装置に
おいては、可撓材の急激な彎局膨出を制限できる
が、可撓材が補強リングの外周縁から紡錘形状に
膨出するという現象は避けられず、耐久性の面に
おいて未だ充分満足できるものでなく、また原液
に対する圧搾圧を均衡化する上において若干の難
点があり、更に補強リングの端縁が濾布面から外
方に突出しているため、搾水後のケーキの1部が
補強リングと濾布との境界段部に推積し、各濾板
の濾布面に付着したケーキを脱落させるべく濾布
を振動させたとしても、その振動が補強リングと
濾布と境界部には伝達され難いという欠点を有し
