ス9,9上に載置されかつ前記中間軸7を偏心貫
装した多角柱状のブロツク10,10とを設け、
前記中間軸7をG方向又はH方向に回わすことに
より該中間軸7と前記ブロツク10,10の複数
個の回転面A,B,C,Dとの間のそれぞれの距
離の差異により前記アーム4,4およびブラシ5
の高さの微調節を行ない得るようにしたものであ

前記ブロツクの複数個の回転面との間のそれぞれ
の距離の差異により前記アームおよびブラシの高
さの調節を行なう如く構成したことを特徴とする
