The bobbin 10 includes a plurality of ribs 12 provided on the side surface,
Karaage pins 14 provided perpendicularly on each end surface
and a boss 16. To wind the conductive wire around the bobbin 10, the conductive wire is wound a predetermined number of times in a rotating plane indicated by an arrow 18 using adjacent ribs as a winding frame. After winding the conducting wire around the rib, the conducting wire is wound around the pin 14 several times in the plane of rotation indicated by the arrow 20 (twisted). By the way, since the winding plane when winding the conductor around the rib and the winding plane when winding the coil terminal around the pin 14 are approximately 90 degrees different, conventionally, after winding the conductor around the rib, the winding plane was manually wound. Tie the end of the coil around the pin, or
Separate winding rotating bodies (flyers) were required for winding around the ribs and tying around the pins. Therefore, in the former case, there is a problem in that the number of work steps is large and it takes time to manufacture, and in the latter case, there is a problem in that the winding device becomes complicated. Furthermore, when the bobbin is small, the rotating surface of each rotating body is limited, so there is a problem that winding work using two winding devices is difficult.

At least the tip of the pin is covered with first and second guide members, respectively, and one of the first and second guide members is separated from the pin, and the guide member covers the pin. This method of winding a conducting wire is characterized by winding the conducting wire around a covered pin.

28, it has a flyer 32 etc. that rotates to wind the conducting wire. 30 is a conductor (only a portion is shown to make the drawing easier to understand), and the flyer 32
is wound around the bobbin 10 as the material rotates. The first former 24 has a groove (no reference number) that covers (or accommodates) at least the tip of a pin (see FIG. 1) provided perpendicularly (or substantially vertically) to the upper end surface of the bobbin 10. On the other hand, the second former 28 also has a groove 40 that covers at least the tip of a pin (see FIG. 1) provided perpendicularly (or substantially perpendicularly) to the lower end surface of the bobbin 10. The grooves provided at the tips of the first and second formers 24 and 28 are intended to facilitate the work of winding the conductive wire around the adjacent ribs 12 by storing the pins in the grooves.

る。 When winding a conductive wire around the rib 12, as shown in FIG. , the groove covers the pin) and the conductor is wound by the flyer 32. When winding of the conductive wire around the rib 12 is completed, the second former 28 is manually or automatically moved in the direction away from the bobbin 10 (see arrow 26), and the groove 40 of the former 28 is moved.
(Figure 4 shows how the pin is removed). Next, the fryer 32 is rotated to wind the conductive wire. In this case, the groove 40 of the second former 28
is off the pin 14 (ie, the groove 40 does not cover the pin 14), so the conductor passes between the tip of the second former 28 and the pin 14 and is wound around the tip of the first former 24. The tip of the first former 24 has a tapered shape so that the wound conductive wire slides in the direction of the pin 14, so that the conductive wire wound around the tip of the first former 24, for example, has a tapered shape each time it is wound once. It then falls onto the pin 14 and is wound around the pin 14. When the conductive wire is wound around the pin 14 several times, the fryer 32 stops rotating. Next, the second former 28 is moved in the direction of the bobbin 10 again as shown in FIG. 3, and the above-described winding process is repeated to wind a predetermined number of conductive wires around the bobbin 10 and the pin 14, respectively. .

Furthermore, the movement of the second former 28 can be automatically controlled after the winding on the ribs is completed, but since this is not directly related to the present invention, the explanation will be omitted.

Therefore, it is possible to automate the manual process that was conventionally done manually on the pin, and furthermore, when separate winding devices were used for different winding surfaces, one This has the remarkable effect of requiring only one winding device.

Changes are possible. For example, in the above description, the conducting wire is tied to a pin provided on the upper end surface of the bobbin, but the conducting wire may be tied to a pin provided on the lower end surface of the bobbin. In this case, it goes without saying that the jig should be improved so that the pin on the upper end surface can be removed from the former after the winding around the rib is completed, or the mounting position of the jig should be changed.
