Moreover, it effectively blocks noise generated during construction, and does not scatter dust etc. to the outside.
The present invention relates to a construction scaffolding device that allows predetermined construction work to be carried out cleanly, safely, and quickly.

As is well known, the reality is that ordinary residential houses are built by making the most of extremely small pieces of land, and the construction costs are currently quite high, so it is difficult to build new houses or buy new ones. As a result, people usually try to improve their living environment by repairing or expanding the house they currently live in.

Measures must be taken to remove the debris, and such ancillary work is required, which lengthens the construction period and sometimes necessitates changes to the construction period. As a result, not only the owner of the extension/renovation, but also the contractor for the construction, suffers a great deal of damage.

Therefore, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned problems, construction companies and so-called refurbishment companies have taken various measures to minimize delays in construction schedules, damage caused by construction changes, etc. caused by such natural phenomena, noise, dust, etc. The reality is that they are making proposals and searching for the best construction methods and means.

題を解決することはできなかつた。 Also, when extending or remodeling a house, some people install mesh curtains around the house to prevent the materials used for the extension or remodeling from falling onto adjacent houses, roads, etc.; There is a problem in that the construction work to install the mesh curtains around the mesh curtains is extremely difficult, requires many workers, and costs a lot of money. Since it is used as a roof, it has no effect on dustproofing or soundproofing, and there is no cover over the part corresponding to the canopy, so it is completely defenseless against rain, snowfall, wind, etc. Such means were also unable to solve the above-mentioned problems.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and as a means thereof, a collapsible spacing member is constructed between frame-shaped erected members, and the sides of the erected member and the spacing member are extendable and contractible. A possible curtain member is stretched so that the curtain member expands or expands following the expansion and extension of the upright member and the spacing member, and the curtain member covers the entire outer periphery of the house to be expanded or renovated. It protects the construction space from natural phenomena such as rain, snowfall, and wind that can impede construction work in an extremely short period of time, eliminating delays in the scheduled construction period, as well as falling materials, dust, noise, etc. that occur during the construction work. effectively eliminates this and ensures a comfortable work space.

5 is a reinforcing member that suspends and reinforces the spacing member 3 when it is expanded, and 5 is a motor that moves the upright member 2 along the foundation guide member 1 (this motor runs within the foundation guide member 1). (A detailed explanation of the traveling means such as a chain is omitted.) 6 is a curtain member stretched inside and outside each of the upright members 2.

顕著なものとなる。 Furthermore, in the above explanation, a plurality of upright members 2 are set on the basic guide member 1, and these are expanded by the drive of the motor 5. At the same time, the curtain members 6 that will become the side walls are stretched, and finally the tent 7 is stretched. The explanation has only been made assuming that the curtain members 6 that surround the side walls are installed twice, inside and outside, to surround the entire house that is to be expanded or renovated. Between 6 and 6, in the summer, you can send in cold air to cool the work space so that you can work coolly, and in the winter, you can send in warm air to warm the work space so that you can work in it. For example, the effect of the present invention is not only the effect of eliminating only rain and snow by installing the awning 7 described above, but also the causes of cold and hot temperatures can be efficiently eliminated if the structure is configured as described above. And the effect becomes even more remarkable.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the scaffolding required for renovating an existing house can be achieved by setting a plurality of standing members on the foundation guide member and deploying them at predetermined intervals around the house to be expanded or renovated. The spacing members provided between the erected members are also deployed automatically as the erected members are deployed.

Since the curtain members that can be expanded and contracted are stretched on the outside, as the scaffold is constructed, the curtain members stretched on the inside and outside will also be expanded at the same time to cover the area around the targeted extension/renovation house.

One work step is omitted compared to the curtain member tensioning work. Therefore, in the work of installing the curtain members, as in the case of constructing the scaffold, not only the construction cost but also the number of workers required for the curtain member tensioning work is significantly reduced, so the cost is extremely low.
