Next, a simple hanging scaffold (gondola) 8 that moves along the arch beam 2 will be explained. As illustrated in FIG. 3 to FIG. 9, the movable roof 6 has a two-tiered structure (there are three tiers in FIG. 1, but any number of tiers may be used), and the upper surface of the arch beam 2 is opened and closed by running wheels. The gondola 8 is moving along the side of this arch beam 2.

That is, sprockets 9-9 are provided near the base end where the arch beam 2 rises and near the tip top position, and the chain 10 is routed around the sprockets 9-9 to drive at least one of the sprockets 9-9. If the gondola 8 is fixed to this chain 10, the gondola 8 will accompany the chain 10 in the moving direction. Sprocket 9- as a guide member
A part of the gondola 8 is locked to a chain 10 as a moving member guided and driven by the chain 9. However, the guide member may be a sheave and the moving member may be a rope. Various mechanisms can be considered for the suspension mechanism of the gondola 8 and the mechanism for smoothly accompanying the movement of the chain 10, but in this embodiment, the first rail 1 laid along the arch beam 2 is used.
1 is constructed by laying a rail 13 on a support beam 12 that projects laterally from the side surface of an arch beam 2.
A gondola 8 is vertically supported by a hanging arm 15 on a bogie 14 placed on a rail 11.

The gondola 8 is vertically suspended from a hanging arm 15 so as to be able to swing freely, and its swing angle is set so that the floor can always maintain a stable level despite changes in the radius of curvature of the arch beam 2 when the gondola 8 moves. In addition, a horizontal holder 17 having a piston shaft extending from a cylinder filled with compressed gas to both ends between the vertical column 16 of the gondola 8 and the hanging arm 15 applies some braking to the swinging force.

Next, the connection between the truck 14 and the chain 10 will be explained. The chain 10 is arranged on the support beam 12 between the rail 13 and the arch beam 2,
The intermediate part of the chain 10 located halfway between the sprockets 9-9 is supported by two upper and lower drum-shaped rollers 18 installed on the support beam 12. Then, the tip of the gripping arm 19 whose base is fixed to the truck frame of the truck 14 is extended above the chain 10, and the chain coupling pin 20 is inserted through the garter 21 fixed with a bolt to the tip of the gripping arm 19. It is connected to the chain 10.

In order to prevent the cart 14 from floating off the rail 13, a lifting prevention roller 22 is provided in the middle of the hanging arm 15, the end of which is fixed and rotatably pivoted on a shaft extending horizontally to the back surface of the rail 13. ing. Note that the original chain coupling pin 20, which only serves to stop the side plate of the chain 10 and the chain roller, is insufficient in length, so a length that includes the thickness of the garter 21 is used.

The case where the first rail 11 is installed on the side of the arch beam 2 is as described above, but it may be installed at the bottom of the arch beam 2 as shown in FIG. 9.

By the way, as illustrated in FIG. 10, the girder 7 is spanned from the base of the arch beam 2 to the annular beam 3 with the same radius of curvature as the arch beam 2, and there is a floor between the pair. It becomes a staircase where plate 24 is placed. A handrail 25 is erected on the girder 7, and a handrail 26 is installed on the upper end surface of the handrail 25. The upper and lower ends of the girder 7 are engaged with second rails 27 provided on the upper end of the peripheral wall 1 and the side surface of the annular beam 3 via wheels 28.

A frame member 29 supporting the axle of the wheel 28 is fixed to each upper and lower end of the girder 7, and the wheel 28 runs in the direction in which the second rail 27 is laid, thereby moving the girder 7. For this purpose, the running device for running the wheels 28 has the following configuration.

A pin rack 30 is attached to the second rail 27,
The sprocket 31 engaged with this is connected to the motor 32.
It rotates. A speed reduction mechanism is interposed between the motor 32 and the sprocket 31 so that the sprocket 31 rotates at a required number of rotations.
This second rail 27 is laid on the peripheral wall 1 side located at the bottom and the annular beam 3 side located at the top, and a wheel 28 supported by a frame member 29 connected to the girder 7 is mounted on each side. It is provided. The motor 32 may drive each of the upper and lower wheels 28. However, since the radii of the peripheral wall 1 and the annular beam 3 are different, in order to make a difference in running speed, a shaft housing 33 is attached to the girder 7, and a motor 32 is installed on the running wheel 28 side (lower part) on the surrounding wall 1. The bevel gear 34 transmits power to a screw shaft 36 connected to the universal joint 35 installed in the shaft housing 33. This screw shaft 36 is connected to the running wheel 2 on the side of the annular beam 3.
The rotation output is input to the differential gear mechanism 37 provided on the 8th side (upper part), and its rotational output is transmitted to the upper traveling wheel 28 via the bevel gear 34a.

As described above, by driving the chain 10 in any left or right direction, the gondola 8 can be moved along the arch beam 2. Further, by rotating the motor 32, the girder 7 can be moved to a desired position, and the user can walk on the floor slab 24 to reach any desired back side part of the fixed roof 4.

In addition, although the running girder 7 illustrated in FIG. 2a is arranged on the side surface of the arch beam 2, it may be arranged below the arch beam 2 as shown in FIG. 2b.

The details are as shown in FIG. 10b, where the second rail 27 that engages and suspends the running wheel 28 above the girder 7 intersects with the first rail 11 below the arch beam 2. , the first rail 11 side is cut to a degree that slightly avoids the rising portion of the second rail.

Therefore, since the traveling girder 7 can freely move in the radial direction of the annular beam 3, the number of running girders 7 may be one, two, or three. Even if the traveling of the bogie 14 is partially cut off at the point where it intersects with the second rail, the radius of the running wheels is large enough to make the cutting interval irrelevant, so the movement of the gondola 8 is not hindered in any way.

<<Effects>> As explained in detail above, according to the retractable roof inspection device according to the present invention, a simple hanging scaffold is suspended by a cart running on a rail laid on a beam supporting the retractable roof. Therefore, no special beams, etc. are used to support the suspended scaffolding, the degree of opening of the retractable roof is not hindered, and the suspended scaffolding is moved by the rails along the beams and the movable members, so the power source is It is always fixed at a fixed location, which is advantageous in terms of maintenance and inspection.

Furthermore, moving radially along the inside of the peripheral wall,
In addition, since a stepped girder that can be raised and lowered from the outer circumferential side to the inner circumferential side is installed on the back surface of the fixed roof, the back surface of the fixed roof can be evenly covered in a close position.

Therefore, it is easy to replace the lighting equipment whether the retractable roof is open or closed, and temporary scaffolding for maintenance and inspection is usually unnecessary. In particular, as the roof opens and closes, it is difficult for conventional temporary scaffolds to support the roof and to move along with the moving roof while the roof is being moved. However, in this invention, the moving speed of the suspended scaffold can be changed in this respect as well. This is a great advantage for retractable roofs.
