順に解体などの作業ができるようにしたものであ

をウインチ19により引くことによつて組み立て
られた枠体1,1、作業台13が少し傾き、ガイ
ドローラ12,12が錐体状構築物4の表面を転
動しながら揚げられていく。この揚げて行く過程
において作業台13に作業用の梯子(図示せず)
を継ぎ足しながら取付けていく。作業台13、支
持枠1,1などを揚げた後操作ハンドル9を回転
させて雌螺子体10を錐体状構築物4の側位置ま
で移動させ、取付部11に締付杆3,3…を取付
け、締付杆3,3…の内側に滑り止め板15を接
当し、操作ハンドル9,9を操作しながら締付杆
3,3…を錐体状構築物4の表面に調整しながら

こと無く安全であり、降下するにも締付杆を少し
ずつ広げていくことによつて枠体などは自重によ
つて自然に降下し、又操作機構の操作によつて締
付杆を調整するだけで作業台を水平に設置するこ
