Traditionally, perforated panels used as acoustic panels were made by simply drilling round or slit holes in a flat panel using a drill or router, but this method was not only complicated to process, but also Since this processing is performed mostly within a plane, there is a problem in that only simple patterns can be obtained.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its main purpose is to provide a method for manufacturing a perforated panel that allows easy perforation and allows the panel to be finished in a shape with a rich three-dimensional effect. It is to provide.

In the method of manufacturing a perforated panel according to the present invention, a part of the panel is made to protrude toward the upper surface, and a protrusion is created on the upper surface with the lower surface becoming a recess, and the panel is placed above the cutter. A method in which a part of the protrusion is cut with a cutter from a direction perpendicular to the protrusion by relative movement, and a plurality of slits are formed along the protrusion in one direction at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the protrusion. is disclosed, and by this method, it is possible to obtain a pattern with a complex shape that combines a three-dimensional pattern formed by the protrusions and slits cut into the protrusions, and it is also possible to easily cut the slits into the protrusions using a cutter. I can do it.

せてもよい。 The present invention will be described in detail below based on embodiments shown in the figures. A laminated material obtained by laminating wooden veneers is used as the panel 1, and by press-working this laminated material, two mutually parallel protrusions 2, which are recesses on the lower surface, are formed on the upper surface. make it stand out. After forming the ridges 2, the panel 1 is moved by a conveyor or the like in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the ridges 2, as shown in FIG. Cut a part of the protrusion 2 with a cutter 4, and cut a slit 3 along each protrusion 2 in one direction.
Make the number according to the number of sheets. The perforated panel thus obtained is used as an acoustic panel for finishing a wall surface, etc., and exhibits an acoustic effect due to the effect of the slits 3 provided in the ridges 2 in addition to the surface irregularities formed by the ridges 2. In the above embodiment, the slit 3 was formed by moving the panel with respect to the cutter 4 placed in a fixed position, but of course, the cutter could be moved in the opposite direction with respect to the panel placed in a fixed position. Good too.

As described above, the present invention creates a protrusion on the upper surface in which a part of the panel protrudes toward the upper surface and the lower surface becomes a recess, and the panel is moved relative to the cutter placed above the protrusion. The method involves cutting a part of the protrusion with a cutter in a direction perpendicular to the protrusion to form a plurality of slits along the protrusion in one direction at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the protrusion. It is possible to create a three-dimensional pattern by combining the uneven surface pattern due to the presence of the stripes and the slits, and the slits can be easily formed by moving the panel relative to the cutter. There are advantages.
