It is about law.

It cannot be said that they are completely in sync.

Considering the difference in production conditions for embossing during the doubling process, which shrinks in the width direction, it is extremely difficult to perform embossing that perfectly matches the position of the conduit where the woodgrain pattern in printing should be. is clear.

In many cases, it is simply a visual change in gloss, and even if the specification lists film in addition to paper,
This is just a comprehensive list and does not mention which base material should be used to achieve the desired effect.

る。<Means for Solving the Problems> In view of the above, the present inventor printed a desired wood grain pattern on the surface of a colored thermoplastic sheet without suction, in order to fully utilize the effects of the additives described below. The ink that prints only the conduit groove pattern is mixed with a matting agent that emphasizes the matte state of the conduit, an additive that gives the bottom surface of the recesses a rough texture, and a liquid repellent that repels the resin liquid that will be used as a surface coating to form the recesses. By applying a thick layer of transparent synthetic resin over the entire surface, it has an extremely wood-like texture with colored concave areas that perfectly match the desired wood grain pattern, and is also suitable for use as construction and furniture materials. This led to the invention of a method for manufacturing decorative sheets that can withstand use.

The decorative materials that are mixed in are disclosed, but although the former expresses conduit grooves with concavities and changes in gloss, as mentioned above, the base material is paper, so the effect of the additive is weak, and some In other words, it is an expression of gloss difference rather than unevenness, and it lacks the texture of unevenness and wood texture, and in the latter case, although the conduit grooves are rough, there is also a surface resin layer in those areas. Therefore, visually, it is far from comparable to conduit grooves made of natural materials.

である。 In the decorative sheet formed according to the present invention, the conduit groove portion is printed with an ink containing an organic fiber powder, a matting agent, and a liquid repellent in ordinary ink,
Since the base sheet is a thermoplastic sheet that does not absorb suction, the effect of the additives in the ink used to print the conduit grooves works well without decreasing the effect, and later by applying synthetic resin paint to the entire surface, the conduit grooves can be printed. The paint on top will be repelled and the conduit groove will be exposed.
Combined with the roughness of the bottom of the recess caused by the organic fibers and the effect of the matting agent, it has a conduit groove pattern that closely resembles natural wood both visually and to the touch. This results in a finish that is more faithful to natural wood.

シートを提供するものである。 That is, the wood grain pattern and the conduit groove pattern must perfectly match, the bottom of the conduit groove recess must have a look and feel that closely resembles natural wood due to the synergistic effect of the organic fiber powder and the matting agent, and It provides an excellent decorative sheet that conventional thermoplastic sheets do not have, as it has a thick layer of synthetic resin applied to the parts and can withstand practical use.

It is valid.

In addition, due to the hardness of the conduit grooves, the doctor blade becomes difficult to cut during gravure printing, causing doctor streaks on the printed matter and the doctor blade easily damaging the plate.
