【発明の詳細な説明】 (イ) 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、選別風路に被選別物を案内せしめる
穀類調整機の風選部における流穀板に関するもの
である。特に本発明は風選部殊に選別風路内およ
び選別風路の関連構成物の清掃点検を容易にしよ
うとするものである。

関連構成の清掃点検作業が困難でこれらの選別風
路および関連構成物に詰まり現象が起こり種々の
トラブル発生を誘発する天に鑑み創作せんとする
もので、選別風路を前記被選別物の落下口のみで
なく流穀板の姿勢の切換えによつて大きく開放さ
せるとともにこの開放箇所と前記風選後のものを
取出す穀粒取出樋等の関連構成物と機体の側壁に
開設する掃除口の位置を関連設定することによつ
てそれらの清掃点検を極めて容易にし、特に穀類
調整機を長期保存後運転を開始する際にトラブル
の解消をはかるを目的とするものである。

に都合よく行える。なお、上記の蓋38付きの開
口は第5図のように右側のみに限らず全幅にわた
つて設けておくと一層便利である。

のものを取出す穀粒取出樋を横設し、かつ前記流
穀板に隣接する機体の側壁部分に蓋付き掃除口を
開設して構成したことを特徴とするものであるか
ら、運転時には流穀板を稼働姿勢にして被選別物
を流穀板上面の流穀面でもつて選別風路内に案内
するとともに流穀板の下側面で選別風路の天板部
分を兼ねるようになつて被選別物を風選し、運転
が終了すればこの稼働姿勢の流穀板を回動させて
非稼働姿勢に切換えると選別風路の天板部分を兼
ねていた流穀板の下側面が天板相当位置から開放
側に変位して選別風路は大きく開放されることに
なり、作業者は機体の側壁部分に開設された掃除
口から手を入れ上記の開放箇所より選別風路内お
よび穀粒取出樋等の関連構成物の清掃点検が行え
その作業は極めて容易かつ確実に行えるようにな
つたのである。その結果、特に穀類調整機を長期
保存後運転を開始する際に詰まり現象が起こるこ
とがなく種々のトラブル発生を解消することがで
きるに至つたのである。
