トであり庫内温度を検知して圧縮機5を制御す
る。6は霜取用タイマーであり、タイマーモータ
6aとタイムスイツチ6bからなつており、前記
タイマーモータ6aは前記圧縮機5の運転時間を
積算し、所定の時間がくると前記タイムスイツチ
6bを動作させ霜取ヒータ7に通電する。8は霜
取終了検知スイツチである。霜取中タイマースイ
ツチ6bと連動して動作するスイツチ6cは、前
記急冷専用送風機モータ3と直列に接続されてお
り霜取中は急冷専用送風機モータ3をOFFする
ようになつている。上記構成により、急冷室近傍
は庫内温度が低いにもかかわらず、急冷作用が止
まるため、急冷時間を長く要し、霜取後は霜取終
了後の暖かい冷気を撹拌することになるなど逆効
果である欠点を有していた。

を開始する。8は霜取検知スイツチであり一定の
温度になれば、霜取ヒータ7の通電を停止させ
る。又一方デフロストタイマー6は一定時間後、
ふたたび冷却運転を開始し、前記圧縮機5を通電
させる。9は急冷専用送風機モータ3と直列に接
続され、かつ霜取検知スイツチ8と同一又は近傍
に設けられた温度スイツチで、つねにOFF動作
は、霜取検知スイツチ8より早く動作する様設定
されている。例えば、霜取検知スイツチ8が、冷
却器温度13℃でOFFならば、温度スイツチ9は
6℃でOFFの如く設定している。

を行なうことができるので、霜取運転による急冷
運転の中断時間を最小限にすることとなり効率の
良い急冷効果が得られる。また、霜取運転が終了
しても、冷却器近傍の温度が温度スイツチ設定値
以下になるまでは送風機を運転しないので、霜取
運転後の暖かい空気を撹拌し貯蔵食品の温度上昇
を防止することができる。
