本発明は射出成形機の金型交換装置における金

〈発明が解決しようとする問題点〉
しかしながら、前者においては、金型を成形機
内から引き出す為のフツク等が必要であり、金型
の加工が面倒であるばかりでなく、金型保管上の
余分なスペースが必要となる。また後者において
は台車から成形機へ金型が移つた後、金型を定位
置まで動かすための駆動源が必要である。これは
金型が小型であれば、さ程でもないが、大型の場
合には特に顕著である。従つて、駆動源は成形機

前述の目的を達成するため、本発明において
は、金型搬送台車に取付けられ、成形機の金型搬
出入方向にほゞ平行に設けた複数個の駆動ローラ
と、成形機に設けられ、金型搬出入時に前記金型
搬送台車から出入される金型を転動するための複
数個のローラと前記複数個のローラの1個に取付
けた駆動歯車を回転させることにより、前記複数
個のローラを回転駆動させる動力伝達装置と、一
端が前記金型搬送台車に設けた複数個の駆動ロー
ラのうちの1個と同軸で、かつ該軸を支点として
揺動可能に取付けられ、他端に金型搬出入時にの
み前記複数個のローラの1個に取付けた駆動歯車
に噛合う伝達歯車を回転可能に取り付けるととも
に、両端の駆動ローラと伝達歯車を結ぶ動力伝達
装置を設けたアームと、金型搬送台車に取付けら
れ、前記複数個の駆動ローラを回転駆動させると
ともに、金型搬出入時にのみ前記複数個のローラ
の1個に取付けた駆動歯車に噛合う伝達歯車を回
転させる駆動源と、から成る金型交換装置のロー

る。26は金型搬送台車27に設けた複数個の駆
動ローラで複数個の駆動ローラのうちの1個26
aを駆動源28により他の動力伝達装置29、例
えばチエンとスプロケツトにより回転させると、
同様にチエンとスプロケツト等の動力伝達装置3
8により複数個の駆動ローラ26a,26b…が
回転駆動し、金型搬送台車27から成形機21へ
金型23の出入を行うようになつている。30は

しており、常時は金型搬送台車27内格納されて
おり、金型23が成形機21内へ搬出入される

い、動力伝達装置25を介して、前記ローラ22

送台車から成形機へ出入れする金型は、金型の搬
出入時に成形機内においても金型搬送台車の駆動
源により金型を自動的に移動することが出来、か
つ、金型もフツク等を取付けることなく通常の金
型を使用出来るので当初に掲げた欠点が取除かれ

点として揺動可能に取付けられ、他端に金型搬
出入時にのみ前記複数個のローラの1個に取付
けた駆動歯車に噛合う伝達歯車を回転可能に取
り付けるとともに、両端の駆動ローラと伝達歯
車を結ぶ動力伝達装置を設けたアームと、 e 金型搬送台車に取付けられ、前記複数個の駆

入時にのみ前記複数個のローラの1個に取付け
