の加工が面倒であるばかりでなく、金型保管上の
余分なスペースが必要となる。また後者において
は台車から成形機へ金型が移つた後、金型を定位
置まで動かすための駆動源が必要である。これは
金型が小型であれば、さ程でもないが、大型の場
合には特に顕著である。従つて、駆動源は成形機
毎に全部に取付なくてはならない欠点があつた。

と、成形機に設けられ、金型搬出入時に前記金型
搬送台車から出入される金型を転動するための複
数個のローラと前記複数個のローラの1個に取付
けた駆動歯車を回転させることにより、前記複数
個のローラを回転駆動させる動力伝達装置と、一
端が前記金型搬送台車に設けた複数個の駆動ロー
ラのうちの1個と同軸で、かつ該軸を支点として
揺動可能に取付けられ、他端に金型搬出入時にの
み前記複数個のローラの1個に取付けた駆動歯車
に噛合う伝達歯車を回転可能に取り付けるととも
に、両端の駆動ローラと伝達歯車を結ぶ動力伝達
装置を設けたアームと、金型搬送台車に取付けら
れ、前記複数個の駆動ローラを回転駆動させると
ともに、金型搬出入時にのみ前記複数個のローラ
の1個に取付けた駆動歯車に噛合う伝達歯車を回
転させる駆動源と、から成る金型交換装置のロー
ラ駆動装置とした。

動ローラで複数個の駆動ローラのうちの1個26
aを駆動源28により他の動力伝達装置29、例
えばチエンとスプロケツトにより回転させると、
同様にチエンとスプロケツト等の動力伝達装置3
8により複数個の駆動ローラ26a,26b…が
回転駆動し、金型搬送台車27から成形機21へ
金型23の出入を行うようになつている。30は

しており、常時は金型搬送台車27内格納されて
おり、金型23が成形機21内へ搬出入される

転させる動力伝達装置25の駆動歯車24へ噛合
い、動力伝達装置25を介して、前記ローラ22
a,22b,22c…を夫々回転させるものであ

型を使用出来るので当初に掲げた欠点が取除かれ
る。
