ら両端部の面取りを行い、その部材の両端及び中
央部をそれぞれ所定の径にしぼつたブランクを作

外径よりも細く形成できることから従来のスタツ
ドボルトに比べて軽いという効果がある。また、
第1実施例のそれぞれの環状突条体7a,7b
は、ねじ部3a,3bの外径より大きく、しかも
同じ外径を有しているので、同じ内径のバカ穴を
有する機体本体等にねじ込まれたとき、両側に位
置するそれぞれの環状突条体7a,7bと穴との
寸法の差が小さく、環状突条体7a,7bがガイ
ドの役割を果たし、スタツドボルト1が穴の中で
横ぶれすることを防止できる。さらに、第1実施
