は、性能上だけで見れば考えられるが、フイルタ
ーは寿命のある消耗品なので不経済である。そう
かと言つて空気清浄機本体2種類に対応して2種
類の寸法違いフイルターを供給することは、供給
側にとつても購入側にとつても入手上の煩雑さを
増し望ましくない。

本発明に係る一実施例を第1図から第5図で説

ーである。本体2内には空気循環用羽根6、電動
機7が組込まれている。空気清浄フイルター1
は、羽根の吸込口8に対向し、後面に空間部9を
有する寸法関係に保持される。空気清浄フイルタ
ー1の周囲縁部は本体2は前カバー4で閉じられ
る構造としている。交換する際は前カバー4を本
体2から分解することにより容易にできる。フイ
ルターの交換時期は前カバー4に設けている窓部
9を見てフイルターの色変化により判断できるも
のである。

んフイルター10,11で、活性炭繊維層の脱臭
フイルター12の前後面を挟み、耳分だけ前者の
外形寸法を大きくするとともに、脱臭フイルター
12を中央を切断した一対となし、周囲縁部1b
と中央境界面1cを形成し、この部分をヒートシ
ート法等により袋状に綴じて空気清浄フイルター
1を構成することができる。このようにすると集
じんフイルターと脱臭フイルターを別々に交換す
る煩わしさをなくし、1回の取扱いですむ。この
場合にも活性炭フイルター12を切断するのであ
れば、粒状物であるから零れて周囲を黒く汚す等
の不具合を生ずるが、本発明の場合中央境界面1
cは、集じんフイルター10部であるから容易に切
断できる。しかもヒートシール面はふわふわした
繊維層と異なり薄く、適度の固さであるので簡単
