つた。(Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, as a spatial sound field display device, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 52-107884, a sound wave is received at the free end of a swinging arm on a movable table. A sound-light system consisting of a microphone that generates an electrical signal, and a light-emitting diode that is connected in parallel to the microphone and flashes to generate light depending on the level of the electrical signal from the microphone. A conversion device is installed to move the moving table to generate the sound of the free end of the swinging arm.
It is known to sweep a light conversion device over the entire sound field of a space to be measured, and to photograph or process the lighting of a light emitting diode using a computer. However, such conventional devices have the disadvantage that sweeping operations or data analysis processing takes time, making it impossible to visually grasp the spatial sound field instantly.

る。(Objects and Structure of the Invention) An object of the present invention is to provide a spatial sound field display device that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks and makes it possible to visually grasp the spatial sound field instantly.
In order to achieve such an object, the spatial sound field display device according to the present invention includes a support line or a grid (hereinafter collectively referred to as a support grid in this specification) made up of a large number of vertical lines and horizontal lines stretched across the spatial sound field. , a number of sound-to-light converters each comprising a microphone, a light emitting diode arranged in parallel with the microphone, and an amplification circuit that amplifies the electrical signal so as to light up the light emitting diode according to the level of the electrical signal from the microphone. It is characterized in that the devices are distributed on a support grid.

Microphones 5 are attached to each of a large number of sound-light conversion devices 9 distributed at intervals.
and a light emitting diode 6 (not shown in FIG. 1), and as shown in FIG. diode 6
The sound emitted from the sound source 1 is captured by the microphone 5, the microphone 5 converts it in a known manner, and the output electrical signal is amplified by the microphone amplifier 7, and then the sound pressure level is switched. The device 8 is configured to adjust the brightness of the light emitting diode and light the light emitting diode 6 at a brightness corresponding to the sound pressure level.

る。 When the spatial sound field display device configured as described above is activated, the sound waves 2 emitted from the sound source 1 are transmitted to the support grid 4.
support grid 4 by being propagated along the plane of
Light emitting diodes 6 distributed above are lit with a brightness proportional to the incoming sound pressure level. Therefore, the state of the sound pressure level of the sound propagated from the sound source is visually displayed moment by moment, and thereby the state of the spatial sound field can be visually grasped instantly.
