There is a method for manufacturing decorative glass, which is disclosed in Publication No. 17031, in which mica powder is layered on the surface of a lower glass plate, a transparent plate glass is placed on top of the mica powder, and then the two are integrated by one-sided heating from above in a furnace. According to this, the scaly shape of mica powder makes use of color reflection, giving it a white, silvery or golden color.

Even if the above selection is possible, the golden color is still insufficient, and especially when the mica powder is a thin layer, there is almost no golden color development. Making patterns such as pictograms appear requires a lot of effort and was extremely difficult.

例で詳しく述べる。(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the object, the present invention has the following configuration. That is, a lower plate made of glass or ceramic is used, silver powder or silver wire made of metallic silver is placed on the surface of this lower plate, or a mixture of this silver pattern powder and mica powder is placed, and a transparent plate glass is further placed on top of this. The lower plate made of glass or ceramic and the upper plate made of transparent glass are stacked one on top of the other and heated from above in a heating furnace so that at least their outer edges are welded and integrated,
It is characterized in that it is colored gold by a coloring material made of metallic silver or a mixture of metallic silver and mica powder, which is interposed between the upper and lower plates. This will be further described in detail in Examples.

Add 0.1 g of metallic silver powder to the gram, mix well, and spread the mixture over the entire surface, leaving 3 m/m of the edges, and heat one side from above in a heating furnace, so that the upper and lower plates are welded together at the edges and integrated. The hard mica that is slowly cooled from the glass originally has a white silver color, but by mixing metallic silver, a decorative glass with a deep golden color that cannot be expressed with soft mica powder shines brightly on the front and back. I was able to do it.

After drying, apply a very small amount of soft mica powder (Meshyu 500). Scatter it so that it reaches the tip of the brush, and then apply it on top of it with a diameter of 55m/m and a thickness of 5m/m.
A round transparent plate glass was placed on top of the glass, heated and slowly cooled in the same manner as in Example 1, and then taken out. We were able to create round decorative glass that shines gold on both the front and back and is transparent.

A silver wire with a diameter of 0.3 m/m made of metallic silver molded flat into a clover shape was gently placed, a circular transparent plate glass with a diameter of 55 m/m and a thickness of 5 m/m was placed on top of the wire, and heated according to Example 1. A decorative glass with a brilliant golden clover shape in the center of a circular silver background produced by slow cooling was obtained.

た。4 Hard mica powder mixed with silver powder of Example 1 was placed on the surface of a 80 m/m x 80 m/m, 2 m/m thick plate glass, and then 85 m/m x 85 m/m, 5 m/m thick.
The surface of a m-sized transparent plate glass was shaved in advance in three rows, 5 m/m wide and 0.5 m/m deep, and then placed with the carved surface facing down, heated on one side in a furnace, and then slowly cooled. Take it out. The back side is silver, and the surface is gold, with the silver color of hard mica appearing only in the carved parts.
I was able to make decorative glass with gold, silver, and kasuri patterns.

る。(Effects of the invention) As described above, by using metallic silver, it is possible to obtain a gold color higher than that of soft mica powder in hard mica powder, and there is no need for soft mica powder.
In addition, the metallic silver produces a golden reaction only on the surface of the plate glass, and if the surface is scraped, only the scraped part will not react, so it is easy to create the desired lettering, and by deepening the scraping, you can create a deeper expression. It was made possible to manifest. In addition, it is also possible to draw a desired picture pattern on the surface of a transparent glass plate using liquid silver powder, and then heat and integrate it onto the hard mica powder placed on the lower plate with the drawn side facing down, but the effect is limited. Very spacious. In addition, patterned glass has a different skin composition than transparent plate glass, and it is possible to create various decorative glasses by taking advantage of the fact that it does not react with metallic silver.Furthermore, new gold colors can be easily created by mixing metallic silver in different shades or by using it alone. can be obtained.
