ても偏座屈が発生しやすいという欠点があつた。 In the fender of the above type, when receiving an impact from a ship, the midway portion of the support leg wall bends outward, thereby absorbing the impact. In that case, the bent portion is pushed outward, and the supporting leg wall portion between the bent portion and the mounting portion is warped outward, and as a result, a tensile force is applied to the inner wall surface of the supporting leg wall portion. This tensile force acts in a direction that causes the elastic material to peel off from the buried metal plate material at the attachment point, and may also cause cracks on the inner wall surface near the attachment point, so the durability of the fender may be affected. It was causing a loss. Conventionally, the problem of peeling has been dealt with by applying sufficient adhesion treatment, but even this has not completely prevented peeling, and furthermore, the cost has inevitably increased considerably. In addition, in the above-mentioned conventional fender, for example, if the first impact is carried out from an oblique direction, the left and right support leg walls will develop a habit of different deformation, and after that, normal impact will not occur. The drawback is that uneven buckling is likely to occur even in extreme situations.

される。 The purpose of the present invention is to construct a durable fender that does not cause cracking or peeling as described above even if the supporting leg wall is significantly deformed, and is also resistant to uneven buckling. According to the present invention, this object is to provide a fender of the type described above, in which both supporting leg walls are moved slightly toward the impact receiving head from the location where the metal plate is embedded. This is achieved by interconnecting the mounting portions at the locations with plate-like connecting portions that are approximately parallel to the mounting portions.

They are placed at a distance of ~0.2H, and the thickness of the plate-like connection is 0.03H~0.15H.

補強用の金属板材4が埋設されている。 FIG. 1 shows a conventional fender, which is the premise of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows its operating state. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an impact receiving head that directly receives the impact from the ship, and supporting leg walls 2 extend symmetrically from both sides of the impact receiving head 1 in a state of expanding toward the end. At the base of the supporting leg wall 2, there is a quay wall G.
(See FIG. 2) are formed, and a reinforcing metal plate 4 is embedded in each of these two separately formed mounting portions 3.

あつた。 The fender described above, which is substantially made of rubber or a rubber-like elastic body, is attached to the quay wall G by fixing its mounting portion 3 to the quay wall G using bolts, nuts, etc., as shown in FIG. 2. When such a fender receives an impact from the ship S on its receiving head 1,
The impact force is absorbed by the supporting leg wall 2 bending outward. When the supporting leg wall 2 bends, a tensile force is generated on the inner wall surface 2, and a relatively large tensile force is generated especially near the mounting part 3 as shown by the arrow, and this tensile force is This acts as a force that peels off the embedded metal plate material and the elastic material, and also as a force that causes cracks in the inner wall surface, and is a factor that impairs the durability of the fender. In addition, because the range in which buckling or bending can occur in this conventional fender is relatively wide, the left and right support leg walls tend to deform differently as described above, and uneven buckling occurs. Easy to occur. In order to avoid this, there is a method of forming the inner wall surface of the support leg wall in a stepped or dogleg shape to actively create a buckling point, but the buckling point formed in this way is Compared to other parts, there was a problem with durability due to the concentration of internal stress.

A plate-shaped connecting portion 7 that is approximately parallel to the mounting portion is provided only between the portions of the ramming leg 2. This connecting portion is configured as a plate-shaped member integrally formed with the support leg wall 2. The formation position of this plate-like connecting part 7 is such that, when the height of the fender is H, the distance 1 from the mounting surface 8 of the mounting part 3 is 0.05H to
It is preferable to select the thickness to be 0.2H, and it is preferable that the thickness t of the plate-like connecting portion 7 is selected to be 0.03H to 0.15H.

上無くなる。 When the above-mentioned fender according to the present invention receives a shock from a ship, as shown in FIG. Therefore, even if the direction of the initial impact from the ship is from an oblique direction, the bending will occur at approximately the same location as if the impact was from a right angle. However, since deformation that would cause uneven buckling is less likely to occur, and by moving the bending point closer to the impact-receiving head 5, and by the presence of the connecting portion 7, the center of the mounting portion 3 is reduced. The spread of the tensile force to the buried metal plate 4 is significantly limited or reduced, and the risk of peeling is virtually eliminated.
