ル上部に挿入する固定子コイルの挿入装置におい
て、ストリツパーの根元部に対し先端のコイル当
接部をスロツトのチツプ部より0.3〜2.0mm内部へ
入るように半径を大きくすることにより、固定子
コイルと楔をスロツトに挿入時、ストリツパーは
その先端のコイル当接部によりコイルをスロツト
の底に押圧しながら上昇するので、楔の上部には
空間が形成され、楔は抵抗も少なくなり滑らかに
挿入されると共に、ストリツパーをコイル挿入前

を防ぎ、絶縁不良をなくす事が出来、回転電機の
品質向上に大きな効果のある固定子コイルの挿入
装置が得られる。
