剥離テープをカセツト容器に巻取り、該カセツト
容器ごと穴あけパンチに組込んで書類に穴あけ操
作をする都度、剥離テープをカセツトから繰出し
て書類に補強片を貼着するようにしたものも既に
提案されている。(実開昭57−153500、同57−
43998参照) 発明が解決しようとする問題点 ところが従来のものは、補強片を書類上へ繰出
す機構が、単に穴あけ操作用のハンドルに関連さ
せているだけで、くつつきやすい貼着面を持つた
補強片の大きさ、性質を十分に考慮して繰出すよ
うにしていないために、補強片が書類の所定位置
へ正しく貼着せず、補強片の確実な活用が得られ
なかつた。

時切割溝でその滑動範囲が規制されるから、ハン
ドル操作の強弱や遅速の差があつてもその動作が
安定し、補強片を繰出す作用を毎回ほゞ同一とす
ることができると共に、滑動辺に形成したカムの
案内によつて確実に爪車と係合させることがで
き、しかも、テープを繰出すことなく穿孔のみを
行う場合には、前記切割溝の深さを浅くするだけ
の簡単な操作により、確実に爪杆を歯車に係合し
ない位置に退避させておくことができるようにな
つたのである。
