In this case, since the ends of the pair of hooks 3a and 3b are directed slightly outward and upward, there is no risk of the printed circuit board P slipping off. When processing a small printed circuit board P, the right hanging rods 2a and 2b are moved to the chain line position and fixed accordingly. Once all the printed circuit boards P are hung, lower the handle 4, eccentrically rotate the camshaft 5, press the camshaft 5 strongly against the left hanging rod 2a, and connect the lower ends of the left hanging rods 2a and 2b to the right side hanging rod 2a. Hanging rods 2a, 2b
energize it so that it is spaced apart from the When this bias is applied, the upper parts of all the suspended printed circuit boards P are tensed, and the hooks 3a and 3b ensure the hanging of the printed circuit boards P, so that there is no slipping. Then, the horizontal wave-like members 8a and 8b are lowered. Then, the horizontal wave-like members 8a and 8b are
Since the slide rods 7a and 7b are fixed to the lower ends guided by the swinging ends of the swinging members 6a and 6b, they come into contact with the side end surfaces of the printed circuit boards P due to the action of gravity, and the plurality of printed circuit boards P is sandwiched between a pair of horizontally corrugated members 8a and 8b, and the distance between the substrates is kept substantially parallel.

Furthermore, even if the printed circuit board hanger is moved between processing devices at high speed, the printed circuit boards P will not be tilted in parallel and adjacent printed circuit boards P will not adhere to each other.

ができる。<Effects of the Present Invention> As explained above, the printed circuit board hanger of the present invention has a plurality of pairs of hanging rods hanging from the hanger main body at adjustable intervals, and a print is attached to the outward hook at the lower end of the hanging rod. Multiple printed circuit boards are hung in parallel by hooking them through the holes drilled at both ends of the top of the board, and the cam shaft is used to widen the spacing between the hanging rods to ensure the above hooking. Since the structure is designed to hold the printed circuit board, it has the versatility of being able to hang the printed circuit board by adjusting the distance between the pair of hanging rods even if the size of the printed circuit board is different. The ends of the hooks are oriented horizontally, and the tips of the hooks are slightly open, so even if the printed circuit board shakes a little, it can be hung easily and securely without falling.

て優れている。 Further, according to the printed circuit board hanger of the present invention, the hook at the lower end of the hanging rod is used to hang the printed circuit board by hooking it into the holes made at both ends of the upper part of the printed circuit board which is not coated with a photoresist film, and the side end surface of the printed circuit board is hung. The horizontal corrugated member that is held down can be pulled up when the hanger is lowered, so there is no need to remove the printed circuit board during the photoresist coating process, which eliminates the trouble of removing the printed circuit board during conventional photoresist coating. This eliminates the need to attach a board locking lifting device to the photoresist film coating tank, making it an excellent hanger for printed circuit boards.
