A steam outlet 19 and a water supply port 18 are provided in the upper space of the can body 16, and a large number of fins 17 welded to the outer peripheral surface of the can body 16 absorb the combustion heat of the burner 15, and the can body 16 A steam pipe that heats and boils the water 27 inside to generate steam 28 and sends the steam 28 out of the vessel from the steam outlet 19, and also drains the water 27 inside the can body 16 when the steam generator is stopped. A drain pipe 24 made of a hard pipe made of metal or the like and a drain valve 25 provided downstream of the drain pipe 24 were provided.

The sewage level sensor 21 controls the water inlet 1 so that the water level is always kept within the range where both water level sensors are located.
8, water is replenished into the can body 16 as shown by the arrow. Since the water 27 in the can body 16 is constantly boiling and producing steam, scale components (calcium, magnesium, silica, etc.) contained in the water precipitate and concentrate, and adhere to the inner wall of the can body 16. (See Figure 4). The attached scale 29 shrinks because the water 27 inside the can body is drained when the steam generator is stopped, and the can body 16 is rapidly cooled. At this time, the can body 16 and the scale 29 are peeled off due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient, and fall to the lower part of the can body 16 as scale pieces 29'. Scale piece 29'
When draining, the water is drained together with the water 27 inside the can via a drain pipe and a drain valve.

Several pieces of scale 29' piled up on top of each other, clogging the drain pipe.
Drainage and inability to expel scale debris was caused.

The wall thickness of 4 was increased to make it difficult to deform, and the scale components contained in the supplied water were removed by a water softener 23 or the like connected to the water supply pipe 22. however,
In the above configuration, it is necessary to regenerate the ion exchange resin used in the water softener 23 with saline water due to its decreased functionality, and to replace the ion exchange resin due to its deterioration. For general users who use the equipment,
The problem was that it imposed an economic burden and a labor burden.

Since the drain pipe is stretchable and flexible, the steam pressure during drainage causes the hose to expand and contract and vibrate from side to side and back and forth, creating a shaking effect.

In FIG. 1, a burner serving as a heating means is arranged below the can with a certain combustion space in between. Inside the can body 2, there are provided a steam outlet 5 in the upper space, a water supply port 4 in the lower water, and an upper water level sensor 6 and a lower water level sensor 7 that keep the water level in the can body 2 within a certain range. A large number of fins 3 that absorb the combustion heat of the burner 1 are welded to the outer peripheral surface of the can body 2. Furthermore, there is a water supply pipe 8 connected to the water supply port 4 of the can body 2, a drain pipe 9 branching off from the water supply pipe 8 just before the water supply port 4, and a drain valve 10 located downstream of the water pipe 9 that opens at the same time as the steam generator stops. It is provided. The drain pipe uses a silicone hose that is flexible and expandable and can withstand high-temperature water drainage.

is heated and boils, producing steam 13. The generated steam 13 is sent out from the steam outlet 5 through the steam pipe 11. The water 12 inside the can body 2 is
Although the water level decreases due to evaporation, the upper and lower water level sensors 6 and 7 control the opening and closing of the water supply valve (not shown) to keep the water level within the range where the upper and lower water level sensors 6 and 7 are located. More water is replenished.
Since the water 12 in the can body 2 is always boiling, the scale components contained in the water precipitate and concentrate.
It adheres to the inner wall of the can body 2 (see Figure 2). At the same time as the steam generator stops, the drain valve 10 opens and the can body 2
The water 12 inside is drained away vigorously by the pressure P1 applied inside the can. As a result, the can body 2 is rapidly cooled and contracts. At this time, due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the can body 2 and the scale 14, the scale 1
4 is peeled off and becomes a scale piece 14', which is attached to the can body 2.
Fall to the bottom of the. The fallen scale piece 14' is
The water is discharged from the vessel through the drain valve 10 together with the water 12 inside the vessel. As mentioned above, since the steam pressure P1 is applied inside the can body 2, the waste water flows out forcefully due to this pressure. The home of the drain pipe 9, which is elastic and flexible due to the pressure at this time, causes vibrations l 1 and l 2 and the hose diameter expands and contracts, causing scale pieces caught in the middle to be removed. It can be sieved and discharged.
