Conventional technology As shown in FIG. 4, this type of condensed water treatment apparatus has been designed to drain condensed water generated in the evaporator 1 of an air conditioner A from a drain pipe 2 to a condenser 3, and to remove the condensation in the condenser 3. There is one in which water is treated by being splashed onto a condenser 6 by a rotary plate 5 driven by a motor 4.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In this treatment device, when the rotating disk 5 stops due to a failure or rotates so slowly that it cannot have a water sprinkling function, the condensed water in the condensed water tray 3 overflows and the installation frame is It is transmitted from the lower receiving plate 7 to the building exterior wall 8 and is discharged outdoors. In this case, since the outdoor wall surface gets wet, if it is used for a long period of time, it may stain the wall, or depending on how it spreads, water droplets may scatter and stain laundry etc. dried outdoors, or if the wall is facing a walkway, it may stain the wall. There are problems that can occur. Another type of condensed water treatment device is one that attaches a drain hose to the roof tray and discharges the overflowing condensed water outdoors, but there are problems such as the drain hose getting in the way when windows are opened and closed.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides an air conditioner that prevents staining of walls, etc. by stopping the operation of the air conditioner when it malfunctions or when the watering function cannot be obtained. The aim is to obtain a condensed water treatment device.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the condensed water treatment device for an air conditioner of the present invention includes a rotating disk that sprinkles drain dripping from the surface of the evaporator onto the condenser, and a drain. By comprising a water temperature detection means for detecting the water temperature, an ambient temperature detection means for detecting the air temperature above the drain, and a means for comparing the temperatures detected by the water temperature detection means and the ambient temperature detection means,
The compressor is configured to stop operating when the drain water temperature becomes lower than the air temperature.

Effects Due to the above configuration of the present invention, in the event of a failure or when the water sprinkling function cannot be obtained, no rise in water temperature is observed due to the condensate sprinkled on the condenser, indicating that there is an abnormality in the function. This can be immediately recognized, and by stopping the compressor, it is possible to prevent walls from becoming dirty.

This rotating disk 5 rotates and sprinkles the condensed water in the condenser 3 onto the condenser 6. A temperature sensing element 9 for detecting the temperature of drain water is installed in the condenser 3, so that the drain sprinkled on the condenser 6 returns to the condenser 3 again. Further, 10 is a temperature sensing element, which detects the ambient temperature.

The operation of the condensed water treatment apparatus configured as described above will be described below. Ambient temperature detected by water temperature detection means 9 and ambient temperature detection means 10
Ta and the drain water temperature Td are input to the comparator 12 as the divided voltages of the temperature-sensitive resistance elements connected in series as shown in Figure 3 . Voltage is being input. That is, when the resistance value of the temperature-sensitive resistance element 9 is large (temperature Td<Ta), the comparator 12
The output becomes "H" and the compressor control relay 14 is stopped. On the other hand, when Td≧Ta, the output of the comparator 12 becomes "L", and the compressor 15 is not controlled to stop. This takes advantage of the fact that if the motor 4 is rotating normally, the drain water sprinkled on the condenser 6 will be warmed and returned to the condenser 3, resulting in an increase in the temperature of the drain water.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention includes a rotating disk that sprinkles drain dripping from the surface of an evaporator of an air conditioner onto a condenser, a water temperature detecting means for detecting the water temperature of the drain, and a temperature detecting means for detecting the ambient air temperature. The compressor is configured to stop operation of the compressor when the drain water temperature becomes lower than the air temperature, comprising a detection means and a comparison means for comparing the temperature detected by the water temperature detection means and the ambient temperature detection means. Therefore, if the rotating plate is operating normally, the drain water will receive heat from the condenser and return to the condenser, so a temperature-sensitive resistance element or similar temperature sensor should be installed in the condenser. This alone makes it possible to determine whether it is normal or abnormal, and it can be realized with an extremely inexpensive configuration, and it has an extremely high lifespan and reliability.
