In such conventional technology, since the glue layer is directly attached to the transparent plate, if air pockets or air bubbles are formed between the film and the transparent plate as the film is attached, the adhesive strength of the glue layer becomes strong. It was difficult to eliminate the air bubbles, and even if a hole was made with a needle in the part of the film where the air bubbles were formed to allow the air to escape, the film would wrinkle and become a defective product.

A transparent door 5 whose edges are supported and which slides in the front-rear direction to freely open and close openings for storing and taking out products is provided, and an interior 6 (not shown) is provided.

Then, the left and right frames 9A, 9B equipped with a pair of front and rear rollers 8A, 8B guided by the rails are fitted along the left and right sides, and the front frame 10 equipped with an opening/closing handle 10A is fitted along the front edge. Furthermore, a substantially transparent heat ray reflective film 11 is attached to the back surface of the transparent plate 7, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, this film includes a base layer 11A made of a transparent polyester sheet, etc.
This base layer is deposited on the inner side of the refrigerator, transmitting most of the visible light and reflecting most of the heat rays (infrared rays).
A reflective layer 11B mainly composed of silver or titanium oxide that blocks most of the ultraviolet rays, and a transparent protective layer 11C that protects this reflective layer from moisture in the refrigerator interior 6.
It has a selective transmission/reflection function consisting of a glue layer 11D such as transparent acrylic glue formed on the outside surface of the base layer, and directs most of the heat rays that are about to pass through the transparent plate 7 toward the outside of the refrigerator. It is used for the purpose of preventing an increase in the refrigeration load inside the refrigerator 6 due to reflection, and also maintaining the surface temperature of the transparent plate 7 at a temperature higher than the dew point to prevent dew condensation on this surface.

が生じた。 This heat ray reflective film is generally sold in a roll wrapped around a core material, and when pasting it on a flat transparent plate, the roll film is stretched using an automatic stretching device. An automatic pasting method is used in which the cut to a predetermined width is pasted on a transparent plate carried by a conveyor, but the above-mentioned curved corner 7A
The use of this method for attaching the transparent plate 7 to the transparent plate 7 not only causes wrinkles in the film, which deteriorates the heat ray reflection function, but also has the fatal disadvantage of impairing the see-through effect.

た。 Therefore, the inventor of the present application sprayed water on the back surface of the transparent plate 7 using a spray method to make the back surface wet, and then applied a heat ray reflective film 11 having an area slightly smaller than the area of the back surface to the peripheral end surface of the back surface. A spatula whose pressing part is made of a slightly elastic material such as rubber is pressed from above the film and moved from the center of the film in each direction shown by the arrows in FIG. While stretching, remove the water between the film 11 and the transparent plate 7,
A method of attaching the glue layer 11D to the transparent plate 7 was tried.

する欠点も併わせ生じた。 In such a pasting method, the area of the film 11 is made smaller than the area of the back surface of the transparent plate 7 in consideration of the stretching rate of the film 11, so that when the film 11 is stretched, the edge of the film is does not protrude outward beyond the edges of the film 11, allowing for good drainage of flat parts such as the top wall 7B and front wall 7C, and preventing peeling of the peripheral edge of the film 11 facing the flat parts. In addition, after draining, the exposed part of the back side and the peripheral edge of the film can be sealed with an oil-based varnish such as Polyurex (trade name). As shown in FIG. 4, peeling portions 12 are often formed at both ends of the film 11 facing the corner 7A, and at the same time, air gaps 13 are also formed between the transparent plate 7 and the film 11.
Moreover, depending on the quality of the stretching work, there was also the drawback that blisters 14 remained along the corner 7A, as shown by the chain line in FIG.

The number and length of these cuts vary depending on the degree of curvature of the corner 7A, and if there is only one cut, no tongue piece is formed. Also, 17 is both notches 15A and 15B.
A suitable number of draining slits are formed in the film 11 so as to be located between the corners 7A and along the longitudinal direction of the corners 7A. This slit 17 has both notches 15
The length extending between A and 15B, that is, the film 11 may be divided into two by the corner 7A.

る。 Such a heat ray reflective film 11 is attached to the transparent plate 7 by the attachment method shown in FIG. 3, but during the stretching process, water between the film 11 and the transparent plate 7 is Transparent plate 7 to which film 11 is not attached
On the other hand, the water near the center of the corner 7A is pushed out through the slit 17, and the water at both ends of the corner 7A is removed from the notches 15A and 15B, which are directed outward as shown in FIG. The tongue piece 16 becomes wider and becomes wider.
A and 16B are attached near both ends of the corner 7A.

る。 Therefore, when the heat ray reflective film 11 having a large area is stretched, not only water can be drained from the four sides of the transparent plate 7, but also water can be drained from the slit 17 between the transparent plate 7 and the parts other than the four sides of the heat ray reflective film 11. This can be done easily, so that air gaps, such as air pockets or blisters, are not formed between the transparent plate 7 and the film 11, and the film 11 can be attached well. Since the residual moisture between the plate 7 and the film 11 gradually evaporates from the slit 17, the film 11 can be stuck properly.
