In this case, there is a problem in that kinks occur due to the repulsion of internal stress due to the weighted twisting of the wire, which significantly reduces the strength of the wire.
As a countermeasure, it is necessary to restore the twist to its original state using a wire untwisting machine after the work is completed. However, the use of a wire untwisting machine has the disadvantage that the number of man-hours increases and the workability is poor. Furthermore, the amount of wire used for overhead line work is enormous, and it is economically disadvantageous to use a wire untwisting machine each time.

的とする。 In view of this, the present invention provides a method to eliminate the weighted twist, that is, the kink, by applying twist in the opposite direction corresponding to the amount and twist direction of the generated kink by rotating the wire drawing drum frame on the supply side. The main purpose of this paper is to propose this type of overhead line method.

Reference numeral 1 indicates a drum mount device, which is equipped with a guide sheave 2' provided on the mount 2 and a circular drum mount 4 that rotates around a support shaft 3, and a wire for wire drawing is wound around the mount 4. A drum 5 is installed. The drum mount 4 has a circular rubber roller 6' attached to the output shaft of the drive motor 6.
The mounting base 4 is configured to be rotationally driven by switching between forward and reverse rotation of the motor 6.

実現する。 When conducting wire extension work for the first time, each machine is installed at a predetermined location, the wire drum 5 is set on the drum mounting base 4, and the wire 11 is connected to the metal wheel 10 on the steel tower 9 via the wire extension car 8. put on. Then, it is wound up by a reel winder 13 while maintaining a constant tension by an overhead wire winch 12 installed near the steel tower in the final section. In this case, the twist of the wire may occur due to the tension of the overhead line winch 12 and the contact of the wire 11 with the metal wheel when passing through the metal wheel, so this twist is accumulated and finally the twist is are wound up on the reel winder 13 in an assorted state. If the wire 11 between the wound drum 5 and the guide sheave 2' is kinked due to the accumulation of twists when the wire with similar twists is installed again on the drum mount device 1 and the wire 11 is fed out again, , the mounting base 4 is rotationally driven by the drive motor 6 in accordance with the direction in which the kink is offset and the amount of the kink. Offset by the rotational direction and rotational speed of the drum mounting base 4 is realized by visually confirming the direction and number of kinks in the drum 5 and manually controlling the rotation of the motor 6 corresponding to the direction and number. do.

供することができる効果を有する。 As described above, according to the present invention, when the wire bundle for wire drawing wound around the drum is mounted on the drum rack device for wire drawing, and the drum rack device is fed out as the wire supply side, the drum and guide sheave of the drum rack device are connected to each other. The structure is configured so that the direction and number of kinks are determined by visually observing the kinks that have occurred due to the accumulation of twists between the wires, and the drum mount device is rotated by an amount corresponding to the direction and number of kinks to cancel the kinks, thereby performing wire extension work. Therefore, even if the wire is wound onto the reel winder with accumulated twist, there is no need to untwist the wire using an untwisting machine afterwards, resulting in a reduction in the number of man-hours. Even when a re-twisted wire bundle is used for overhead line work, the twist that occurs is only when it is used once and is wound up on the reel winder, and there is no cumulative weight of twist, so the wire Changes in twisting, etc. of the wire can be prevented, and the life of this type of wire can be significantly extended. Furthermore, since kinks can be prevented, it is possible to prevent industrial accidents due to wire cutting and provide a safe working environment.
