FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which a welding machine 3 is mounted on a flexible guide rail 1 via a detachable rail mounting/detaching device 2 so as to be movable. The flexible guide rail 1 consists of a lightweight rail member 4 made of aluminum material, which has a slightly elongated U-shape and a thickness of about 1 to 3 mm, as shown in FIG. As shown in Fig. 2, both upper and lower surfaces of the rail member 4 are used as traveling guide surfaces for the rail loading/unloading device 2. It is said that Connection holes 5 of about 10 mm in diameter are formed on both sides of the rail member 4 to connect the rail members 4 to each other, as shown in FIG. A flexible rod-shaped connection core 6 as shown in FIG. Make sure to fasten it with fitting 9,
Guide rails 1 are formed every predetermined length of about 1000 mm to 1500 mm. The connecting core material 6 is
As shown in FIG. 4, a coil spring 10 with a predetermined elastic force is attached to an elastic core material 1 such as a glass fiber.
1 to allow the guide rail 1 to be bent into a predetermined curved shape.
It is designed so that it can be sufficiently supported like a beam with a predetermined support interval of about mm. This guide rail 1
Usually, connecting members 12 and 13 for connecting a pair of guide rails as shown in FIGS. The length can be extended to the desired length. As shown in the figure, the connecting members 12 and 13 have a hook-shaped protrusion 14 and a recess 15 that engages with the hook-shaped protrusion 14 at the upper center of the rail member 4, respectively, so that they can be freely engaged and detached. The central portion also has reinforcing portions 16 and 17 protruding slightly downward so as to come into contact with each other. In addition, on the guide rail 1, there are 9

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, a magnet fixture 2 is placed on a work surface 19 such as a ship's hull or a curved tank.
0 or a vacuum suction tool 21 to support and fix as appropriate. The rail support material 18 is formed by extending the lower central part of the rail member 4 and bending it laterally, as shown in the figure, and is formed by extending the lower center part of the rail member 4 and bending it laterally.
A support stand fixing hole 23 is provided in the support stand fixing hole 23, and the support stand 24 having a predetermined shape and a slightly elongated length is fixed to the above-mentioned magnet fixing tool 20 or vacuum suction tool 21 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. It is. The welding machine 3 can be easily mounted on and removed from the guide rail 1 by using the rail mounting/detaching device 2 as described above. The rail loading/unloading device 2 is shown in Figures 1 and 2.
As schematically illustrated in the figure, an upper guide roller 26 is pivotally attached to the device main body 25, and a side guide roller 26 is pivotally attached to the main body 25 of the device.
7. The lower guide rollers 28 are disposed on the opening/closing arms 30 that swing symmetrically with a lever mechanism when the operating lever 29 is raised and lowered, so that they can be opened and closed to the sides of the guide rail 1, and the upper guide rollers 26, the side The guide rollers 27 and lower guide rollers 28 clamp the upper and lower and left and right sides of the guide rail 1, respectively, so that the guide rail 1 can run smoothly. 31 is a welding torch, 32 is a welding machine tower stand, 33 is a wire drum connection part, 34 is a drive device such as a chain drive for driving an upper guide roller, 35 is an operation control panel, and 36 is a wire feeder. .

However, the guide rail 1 configured in this way
Of course, if the rail members 4 are arranged in a straight line, it can be formed as a linear guide rail as shown in Fig. 1, but if the rail members 4 are shifted appropriately, it can be formed as a meandering guide rail as shown in Fig. 11. It can be freely formed into a desired two-dimensional or three-dimensional flexible guide rail, such as a shape bent left and right, or a shape bent into an arc as shown in Fig. 12, and welded to this flexible guide rail 1. The welding machine 3 can be run to easily perform desired welding work. In this way, since the guide rail is flexible, the number of types does not increase as in the past, and the number of types can be reduced.

In addition, the shape of the rail member is not limited to the rectangular or flat shape as described above, but can also be polygonal or curved, and the elastic core material of the connection core material can be used instead of glass fiber. A steel wire such as a piano wire may also be used, and either the coil spring or the core material may be omitted depending on the support interval of the guide rail and the bending angle. Furthermore, it is also possible to manufacture guide rails with soft and hard flexibility, and to form the straight portions by combining guide rails that are adapted to each.

As described above, in the present invention, by arranging a predetermined number of rectangular thin plate rail members of a certain shape with their sides overlapped, a guide rail of a desired length can be formed, and a laminated rail member can be formed. By shifting the shape little by little, it can be bent freely into meandering, two-dimensional, or three-dimensional shapes. Therefore, not only can it be aligned with a two-dimensional cylindrical curved surface, but also a three-dimensional curved conical or spherical surface, and it can be aligned along a guide rail for welding, etc. Can perform welding work, etc. In addition, although the guide rail can be freely bent into meandering, two-dimensional, or three-dimensional shapes as described above, it is also possible to fasten rail members arranged in a laminated manner with connecting core material, and has sufficient strength as a flexible guide rail. It can be used to mount and support a welding machine, etc. Therefore, a single guide rail can be installed on many types of curved surfaces with different radii of curvature, reducing the number of types of guide rails and making it easier to perform welding work as desired. be.
