プールをワンタツチで組立てることができなくし
かも部品点数も多くコストアツプとなる欠点があ
つた。またスプールへのインクリボンの取付方法
においても円弧状のバネ性を有する取付(金)具
等をスプールの軸部にインクリボンを挾んで取付
ける方法が通常でありこれもまた組立性が悪く部
品点数も多い欠点があつた。また特に米国特許
4188134においてはリボンがゆるむとスプールの
フランジ部からインクリボンが簡単に外れてしま
うため巻き直すのに手間がかかり、またプリンタ
等に装着中の場合、カセツトリボンの下側のリボ
ン送り機構の部品等にからまり機能不良あるいは
破壊を起こす危険がある等の欠点があつた。

めを可能にし、さらにスプールにインクリボンを
取り付ける際にスプール軸部との間にインクリボ
ンの入るスキマを設けフランジ部から軸方向へ突
き出た突出部にインクリボンの端部の端と連絡し
ていない切れ目又は穴を差し込むことによりワン
タツチでの取付を可能にし、さらにカセツトケー
スとスプールとの間だけでスプールのフランジ部
の端の半径方向と厚み方向にオーバーラツプした
ガイド部をカセツトケースに設けたことによりイ
ンクリボンの外れの防止を可能にしたことはそれ
ぞれ従来とは全く異なる方法であり、他の部品を
要せず、しかもワンタツチで組立てが容易である
