型の押圧杆18をU型杆11と対向突設して押圧
杆18の対向面に穿溝したガイド溝19にガイド
ローラ16を嵌合させ、同じくボス17より腕杆
20を押圧杆18と対向して突設し、該腕杆20
に下端にフロートを連結した連杆21の上端を連
結し、巻上軸3の後部に巻込ドラム22を固締す
ると共に遠心ブレーキ機構23を付設すべくなし
て成るものである。尚、図中24はハンドル、2

軸6の爪車8の爪に角型カム車13の突部が係着
して爪車8の逆回転を阻止しながら倒伏堰の起立
状態を保持するものである。角型カム車13は爪
車8の爪との係合により回転してU型杆11が上
方は浮き上ろうとするが、U型杆11の1方先端
突設部に設けたガイドローラ16が逆へ型の押圧
杆18のガイド溝19の基部と嵌合し、フロート
の荷重圧でもつて腕杆20を介してボス17の回
転を阻止し、U型杆11の浮き上りを防止するも
のである。そして、水路の水位が倒伏水位以上に
上昇すると、連杆21がフロートの浮力でもつて
