の製造方法において、 前記金型を第1次金型と第2次金型とに分割し
て、前記第1次金型の前記接点部近傍に位置する
第1キヤビテイに、前記固定接点をその上面全体
とその下面における前記接点部の下面近傍を除い
た部分とを上型と下型とで挟持させて装着すると
ともに、前記第1キヤビテイに樹脂を充填して前
記接点部の下面及びその近傍の前記固定接点の下
面に一体にした樹脂部を備えた第1次スイツチ本
体を成形した後、該第1次スイツチ本体を前記第
2次金型の筺体形状の第2キヤビテイ内に設置す
るとともに、前記接点部の上面全体と前記樹脂部
の下面の一部とをそれぞれ上型と下型とで挟持さ
せて前記第2次金型に装着し、前記第2キヤビテ
イに樹脂を充填して前記固定接点と前記筺体とを
一体にして製造することを特徴としたスイツチ本
体の製造方法。
