要求が現われてきている。BACKGROUND ART Drainage generated from air conditioners and the like is always generated in small amounts, and the amount of drainage is not necessarily constant, and it also contains dust and the like. If such drainage is attempted to be drained using a drain pipe with a small slope, clogging or the like may occur and cause a malfunction, so there is a growing demand for draining the drain using a pump.

However, when we tried to select usable pumps from among the conventionally known small pumps, we found that there were no pumps that could be used satisfactorily under the special conditions of use, such as drain discharge from air conditioning equipment.

ものではなかつた。 That is, as a small pump for sending a small amount of water, there is one that has a vertical turbine blade and sucks water from the bottom surface. However, such a pump has the disadvantage that when air is sucked in, the drainage capacity is extremely reduced and it is also prone to clogging with dirt. Furthermore, if you try to supply water while rotating the runner, depending on the water level, the mixture of air and water can make a lot of noise, and the amount of drain generated can fluctuate significantly. It was completely unusable.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pump suitable for discharging condensate, etc., which can satisfy the special requirement of continuous water flow.

The blade is formed so that the angle between the outer edge of the plate-shaped blade and the axis is smaller than 45°, and the disc part has a connecting portion on both upper and lower sides. The provision of the slit allows for even better functionality.

A rib 17 is provided protrudingly. The rib 17 is on the right side of the wing 13 because the runner 10 rotates clockwise when viewed from below. The angle A between the outer edge of the blade 13 and the axis is greater than 45°, that is, the blade 13 has a low height and a gentle slope.

When the tip reaches the tip, the vanes 14 contact the water and rotate the water, so that the water begins to rise along the inner wall surface of the main body due to centrifugal force. On the other hand, as the disc rotates, it applies centrifugal force to the surrounding air and sends the air inside the main body toward the discharge port 3, so that steady air flows from the gap 6 through the upper and lower parts of the disc toward the discharge port 3. This will result in a flow of When the water level gradually rises in this state, the rotational movement of the water by the blades 14 becomes intense, and when the rising water is pressed against the inner wall surface of the main body and reaches the vicinity of the outlet 3, it is entrained in the air flow. The water becomes droplets and is sent out little by little into the discharge pipe, and the higher the water level, the more the effective area of the blades 14 increases and the drainage capacity increases. When the amount of water supplied further increases, the water level rises further, and the blades 13 work to further increase the drainage capacity, but because the angle between the outer edge of the blades 13 and the shaft is large, the effective area of the blades is small for a slight increase in the water level. The amount of water increases rapidly, making it possible to discharge a large amount of water at once. Therefore, when the amount of water supplied is small, the drainage capacity decreases and the water level does not fall below the intake port 2.
Furthermore, even when the amount of water supplied increases, the drainage capacity increases and the water level in the pump does not rise too high.

Even if there is an inflow of water, no shocking noise will be emitted.

As a result, air is supplied to the lower surface of the disc part 12 through the gap 6 and the passage 15, which serves to facilitate the drainage of water. In addition, when the amount of water supplied decreases, air is supplied to the lower side of the disk portion 12, which is effective in mitigating changes in the water discharge speed without hindering the water level from decreasing.

This has the effect of reducing the generation of vibration during operation, and the ribs 17 on the lower surface of the disc portion 12 have the effect of smoothing out the air and water, and together these make the pump even quieter. .

The drainage function will not be impaired due to the contamination of garbage etc. Even if fibrous dust flows in and gets caught in the passage 15, it will easily flow away through the notch 16 and no malfunction will occur.

If the amount of inflow is large, it can be drained quickly. The water level inside the pump is always higher than the suction port, and the suction port is always sealed with water. Moreover, it does not generate shocking drainage noise or vibration due to changes in the amount of water supplied, and there is no risk of failure due to clogging with debris. It has the advantage of being maintenance-free, making it suitable as a drain pump for air conditioning equipment.
