(産業上の利用分野)
本発明には、料金体系が異なる複数の企業の通
信回線網に接続され、その回線網を自動に選択す
る回線自動選択形電話端末装置に関する。
(従来の技術)
従来、通信回線網の運用は、NTTのみしか認
可されていなかつたが、電気通信事業法の改正の
よつて、昭和60年4月から電気通信事業が自由化
され、民間企業による通信回線網の運用が可能と
なり、各企業が最新の技術を利用して、安い料金
の通話サービスを提供しようとしている。
従つて、こうした企業の通信回線網を利用すれ
ば、通話対地によつては、NTTの通信回線網を
利用した場合よりも安い料金での通話サービスが
うけられることになる。
このNTT以外の通信回線網への接続方法は、
従来の電話ダイヤルに、各企業毎に割り当てられ
た企業識別番号を付加すればよい。
すなわち、従来のNTTの電話番号は、「0+
市外局番号+市内局番号+加入者番号」という構
成になつているが、NTT以外の通信回線網を利
用する時は、「企業識別番号+市外局番+市内局
番+加入者番号」という電話番号をダイヤルする
ことで、希望する通信回線網が利用できる。
(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
しかしながら、企業識別番が付加されたこと
で、電話番号の桁数が増えたために、ダイヤル操
作が従来より非常に煩わしいものとなり、又、各
企業毎の識別番号を知つていなければ、利用でき
ないという不便さがある。
この煩わしさを省く方法として、電話機に、ど
の企業の回線を利用するかを選択するためのボタ
ンを付加しておき、利用者が、希望する通信回線
網のボタンを押し、さらに相手側の電話番号をダ
イヤル操作すると、自動的に、その企業の識別番
号とダイヤル信号が出力されるようにする方法も
考えられる。しかしこの方法にしても、どの通信
回線網を選択するかという煩わしさは残るし、
又、どの通信回線網が一番安い料金となるかを、
利用者自身がその都度判断しなければならない。
特に、通話を頻繁に行なつている特定の相手に
対しての回線選択は慣れによつて比較的容易であ
るが、相手地域もよくわからず、電話番号の入力
さえも慎重に行なわなければならないような始め
ての相手に通話する場合、上記の回線選択操作
は、非常に煩わしいものである。
本発明は、上記の問題を解決し、任意の通信相
手に対して、ダイヤル番号の入力を行なうだけの
従来と同じ操作で、安い料金の回線へ自動的に接
続される回線自動選択形電話端末装置を提供する
ことを目的としている。
(問題点を解決するための手段)
前記問題を解決するために、本発明の回線自動
選択形電話端末装置は、
ダイヤル操作に応じて市外局番号、市内局番号
および加入者番号を示す任意の一連のダイヤル信
号を出力するためのダイヤル装置と、
前記ダイヤル操作に応じた任意の一連のダイヤ
ル信号を一時的に記憶するダイヤル信号記憶手段
と、
料金体系が異なる複数の通信回線網の単位時間
当たりの利用料金を、予め各市外局番号に対応し
て各通信回線網毎にそれぞれ記憶する利用料金テ
ーブルを有した利用料金記憶手段と、
前記複数の通信回線網を識別するための識別番
号を記憶した識別番号記憶手段と、
前記ダイヤル信号記憶手段に一時的に記憶され
たダイヤル信号中の市外局番号を識別するダイヤ
ル番号識別手段と、
該ダイヤル番号識別手段によつて識別された前
記ダイヤル信号中の市外局番号に対応する各通信
回線網毎の単位時間当たりの利用料金を、前記利
用料金テーブルの中から検索する利用料金検索手
段と、
前記利用料金検索手段によつて検索された前記
複数の通信回線網それぞれの単位時間当たりの利
用料金を比較し、単位時間当たりの利用料金が安
価な通信回線網を選択する通信回線網選択手段
と、
該通信回線網選択手段によつて選択された通信
回線網の識別番号を前記識別番号記憶手段から読
み出す識別番号記憶手段と、
該識別番号記憶手段により読み出された識別番
号を、前記ダイヤル操作によつて前記ダイヤル信
号記憶手段に一時的に記憶された一連のダイヤル
信号の先頭に付加して通信回線へ送出するダイヤ
ル信号送出手段とを備えている。
(作用)
このように構成したため、本発明の回線自動選
択形電話端末装置は、利用者が、任意の相手の電
話番号を入力すると、そのダイヤル信号が一時的
に記憶され、その電話番号の市外局番号が識別さ
れてその市外局番号に対応する各通信回線網の時
間当たりの利用料金の中から、安価な通信回線網
が選択される。そして選択された通信回線網の識
別信号が、ダイヤル信号の先頭に付加されて、通
信回線へ出力される。
(実施例)
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の実施例を説明
する。
第1図は、本発明の一実施例を示すブロツク図
であつて、局線L1とL2にフツクスイツチHS
を介して接続されたダイヤル信号送出回路1と、
このダイヤル信号送出回路1を介して通話信号の
送受を行う通話回路2と、キーボード3の数字ボ
タンの操作に対応したダイヤル番号信号を入力
し、予め記憶された各回線毎の料金情報テーブル
から最も安い料金の回線を検索し、その回線の識
別番号を電話番号に付加してダイヤル信号送出回
路1より送出させるための制御信号を出力する制
御回路4とから構成されている。
この制御回路4は、ストアード・プログラム方
式の演算処理装置CPU例えば、マイクロプロセ
ツサーによつて構成され、その内部のROMに
は、第2図のフローチヤートに示すような内容の
制御を行うためのプログラムが記憶され、RAM
には、表1に示すように、NTTの通信回線網の
各市外局番号に対応した通話対地毎の各企業の通
信回線網の単位時間当たりの利用料金が、NTT
の利用料金に対比できるようにテーブル状に予め
記憶されている。
