Fold in half into a V shape to create inner piece 1a and outer piece 1b.
and their base ends are glued to the central tube 2,
Rotate the central cylinder 2 in the direction of the arrow to wind the V-shaped paper 1 on the cylinder in a spiral shape. At this time, a nozzle is attached to the open end side edge of the outer piece 1b that comes out on the surface of the spiral body. Apply hot melt adhesive a according to step 3,
The edges of the adjacent inner pieces 1a overlapping on it are adhered in sequence, and when using it, the above-mentioned V
An end plate 4 with a center hole is applied with the open end side of the paper 1, that is, the side where the edge of the inner piece 1a and the edge of the outer piece 1b are glued, facing down, and this is assembled into a cylindrical container as shown in FIG. 5, and sealing is applied between the upper end outer circumference of the over-element e and the wall surface of the container 5, and then the upper end opening of the container 5 is covered with a thick sheet plate 6 and a cover plate 7. The liquid to be treated is introduced into the container 5 from the center hole 6a of the sheet plate 6 through the central cylinder 2 of the element, and after passing the lower end plate 4, the liquid is reversed and raised. 1a and outer piece 1b, is allowed to pass through the paper, and is taken out from the central circumferential hole of the sheet plate 6.

The terminal part is processed as follows. That is, as described above, the hot-melt adhesive a is applied to the edge of the open end of the V-shaped paper 1 being wound with a nozzle, but when it reaches the end, the edge of the terminal paper Pasting is temporarily stopped and adhesive a' is applied in the width direction of the paper 1 using another nozzle as shown in FIG. 4B, after which the terminal paper is pasted.

The portion is not bonded, and the unbonded portion remains, and the liquid to be treated enters the element e from there and flows out without being passed through the paper 1.

ている。(Means for Solving the Problems) Based on the above object, the present invention folds a series of papers in half in a V shape to form an inner piece and an outer piece,
Their proximal ends are glued to the central tube, and the central tube is rotated to spirally wind the paper onto the tube, and during the winding process, the edge of the outer piece on the open end side of the bifold paper is attached. Applying adhesive with a nozzle, sequentially adhering the edges of the adjacent inner pieces to the applied area, and moving the nozzle in the width direction of the paper while continuing to roll in the paper at a predetermined position at the end of the paper. , the adhesive is applied diagonally in the width direction continuously to the terminal edge, and the outer and inner pieces of the terminal paper are adhered to the edge continuously in the width direction.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 11 is a series of crepe papers, which are folded in half into a V-shape to form an inner piece 11a and an outer piece 11b, the base ends of which are glued to the central cylinder 12, and the central cylinder By rotating in the direction of the arrow 12, the bi-folded V-shaped paper 11 is folded into the central cylinder 1.
It is wrapped around the circumferential surface of 2 in a spiral shape.

As mentioned above, the porous end plate 14 is disposed below the over-element e, that is, on the open end side of the V-shaped paper 11, and the element e is connected to the container 15. An adhesive is applied between the outer periphery of the upper end of the element e and the wall surface of the container, and the upper opening of the container 15 is closed by a sheet plate 16 and a cover plate 17.

過エレメントを形成することができる。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to reliably adhere the widthwise portion of the paper in a continuous manner to the edge at the end portion of the paper, and the adhesive does not dry as in the conventional method. It is possible to form an over-element without creating a non-adhesive part, and thus through which the liquid to be treated does not pass through without being purified.
